I had a bad experience at this spa. The staff was very unprofessional and did not care to provide good customer service, leaving me feeling more stressed than when I arrived. When I tried to express my concerns to receptionists, they were unwilling to resolve the issue. The upper management did not care as well.

I do not recommend spa diva. I used to be a regular customer but will no longer be going. Recently, I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment because my daughter (a six-month-old baby) became ill suddenly. I called as soon as possible around 7 o'clock the day before, left a voicemail message because nobody was there to answer, and explained the situation. Given that the matter was outside of my control, it was an emergency (involving a baby!), and that I was calling to give notice as soon as possible, I asked if something could be done to waive the cancellation fee. I got a voicemail reply saying that nothing could be done, but I could call to speak with the manager and see if there's something that they would do. I phoned a second time. The receptionist was not empathetic. She said had I called “one to two hours” earlier something might have been able to be done. I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold. The manager refused to come to the phone. The receptionist said I could call back and ask to speak to the manager. I thought this made no sense as that is exactly what I was doing at that very moment! I explained this to her and asked that the manager phone me back as a matter of good customer service. She took my contact information again. The manager never did phone. As a matter of principle, I called a third time to again ask to speak to the manager. She said the manager does not work on weekends and there is only one manager. Again, I left my contact information and asked for a call back. One week later, I still have not been contacted by the manager. I understand that there can be policies in place, however, I think there are also very good reasons to make exceptions! (I know this very well because I happen to advise on policies for a living). Moreover, it is simply terrible customer service to not respond to your clients. I am confident that I would have been able to find a win-win solution but the response (and lack of response) was unempathetic and bad business practice. Overall, spa diva will now be losing money from my regular visits because they chose to be greedy with their policy and not bother to even hear my concerns.

Skin care with Shiva. She's so wonderful, so kind, so sweet. It's not my first experience but with Shiva it was perfect.
I was treated to a facial treatment and massage like never before Shiva really has a gift. I've got a sensitive and fragile skin and she gave me a gentle treatment. Truly exceptional. I would come back with great pleasure the next time I come back in Montréal and with my daughter or another member of my family she was golden hands. I've recommended Shiva to all those who come to this institute. It's a pearl 🙏👍

Had an amazing experience when I went for a massage. Loved the private changing rooms and the chocolate strawberries. Huge thank you to Joannie and Miky for the amazing massages. My boyfriend and I loved the experience. A huge thank you to the receptionist Melanie. Hope I got her name right. She was so helpful and made the bookings amazing as well as checking us out. Thank you again for all your help.

After years of visiting various businesses and people for waxing, I found Larissa at Spa Diva and she is literally the best. Her energy is warm, and she does such a wonderful job. Her professionalism and attention to detail are 10/10. Plus, the spa itself has a relaxing atmosphere that is always a pleasure to experience.

I had a message session with Miky. I had a terrific experience. I felt serene and very relaxed after the message. The spa is beautiful, peaceful. The accommodation were so pleasant and very professional. I would recommend it and would go again. Thank you very much Spa Diva.

had a spas days here not to long ago, absolutely cannot complain, especially loved how accommodating the girl in the front was. great environment to relax. was a sunday around 5 so downtown was filled with traffic and i got lost trying to find their parking but girl stayed over phone and guided me wich was extremely gentil of her. defenetly recommend

Which time and day of the wk are the busiest? I want to buy a gift for my husband for a massage and reflexotherapy session.

Usually weekends are busiest, then fridays. Monday Tuesday has a built in 10% discount so those days also fill up
I want to reserve for three persons that I invite (male) to have a good package of treatment of pedicure and massage. therefore I'm looking for a good deal money wise and treatment wise.
Date - July 22 or 23. I need to have a very good experience.
