Neighbourhood: Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colourful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.

My daughter and I booked the Abyssal massage. We were very happy with the spa - clean, pretty and an oasis in the city. My daughter was with Sara D. and I was with Abibou D. One of the best massages I've had. Highly recommend.

I'm not one to write reviews but this was by far one of the best massages I've ever received and soo deserves a shout out. Plus, the staff at Espace Nomad were super friendly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I will definitely be back.

Thanks for the wonderful lomi lomi massage! Steven was perfect :) Presence, professionnalism, respect, intuitive, a great massage. The time seemed to have stopped, I will surely rebook. The place didn't loose it's charm and peacefullness even with all Covid measures in place. THanks again!

I had a great experience in March at Espace Nomad, entirely due to the fantastic deep tissue massage given by Gica. Not only was the massage amazing (the best I have ever had - my body hadn't felt so relaxed and worked out in ages), but Gica was also such a warm, caring and spiritual person. I truly felt that she was massaging my soul at the same time as my body. I highly recommend her to anyone who visits the spa - it was a unique experience. Thank you so much Gica!

Hi had a 90 minute session with Cica and it was seriously the best massage I have ever gotten. My back was hurting badly, after 90 minutes I was restored. I cant recommend her services enough. It was also great to talk with her.

I've been here on and off over the years and always loved the eclectic bohemian look of the space. The new juice bar/mini cafe and store w/ local artisans on display are nice additions. I highly recommend Gica for massage and Shaina for esthetics (including scrubs, which has a massage component, and she's amazing). They now offer online waivers and health intake forms, if you include your email address when booking, which is convenient.

I have been here twice for a massage, both times with Gica. She is wonderfully professional and a true healer who wants to really help her clients. Gica was very serious in inquiring about my history of sports injuries and back pain and gave me a very therapeutic and thorough massage both times. Very nice spa as well and a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Thanks Julimer. If I want to book the Field & Stream Spa Package how long is the massage, body scrub and facial? I know the total time is 2.5 hours but long is each treatment?

Massage is 60 minutes, then you have 50-55 minutes facial and 35-40 minutes scrub. The order can change! Also you can ask for a snack and or a organic beer!
