The next best thing to downtown
May 2018 • Couples
The subway will still take long to get there but for those in cars, there is plenty of parking and lots of entrances. This mall is complete: from fast food to dining experiences, budget-minded stores to top-of-the-line, clean, large washrooms, excellent heating/air-conditioning, handicap assistance, a cloak room, and a lost-and-found. The interior well-lit ambiance has plenty of resting seats although sometimes they appear to be daycare centres for babies and toddlers.
It allows you to get away from the street noise and uncomfortable climate. Just about all the main shops of downtown are also located here.

Went to Zouki Lebanese resturant in the food court we had awful service, the food was terrible, falafel was dry and tasted old . We normally love Lebanese food, but this place is disgusting, they have no pride.

Lebanese restaurant Zouki's terrible services
Mar. 2015 • Friends
Well renovated and still pretty nice. specially large food court area is one of my favorite. stores prices are decent too. so I kind of stiil fan for Galeries d'Anjou. As a shopping center you will be satisfied definitely. every time i'm going there something sure i'm buying. Because it is worth it !!!

but my recent visit yesterday, we brought food from a lebanese restaurant called ZOUKIS inside the food court.
Food, I would say good.but the cashier name is RICHARD is not the person who is for customer service.we brought 40$ food for two and we asked 1 extre one time use plastic plate and he told ,we don't give and also told is not 4 stars place . you can go other place, than I offered him that i'm gonna pay (kindly) .hIs colleagues told him to give one. but he wasn't still not sure. he waited few mins ,than he also asking me where I'm from, which nationality ,so much more questions.so much bla bla ! just to let you know, there is no customer service from restu Zoukis. very disappointed.he was mean and RUDE !!!!

For Sure not going again that lebanese restaurant ZOUKIS.
sure I'm shopping from Galeries d'Anjou !!!

dirty fitting rooms - terrible customer service - no assistance
Mar. 2014 • Solo
Here are my points:

1. To whoever is a teacher and does NOT have a "teacher ID card": if you go shopping to H&M, don't bother to prove who you are without a "teacher card" to get your discount because you will only feel FRUSTRATION and HUMILIATION: the store attitude is way too far from understanding. No other alternative is good enough for them: they are closed-minded and are not willing to go beyond the store policy for your satisfaction. I just DON'T HAVE a "teacher ID card". Period.

2. At this location, no sales-assistant/rep ever asked me if I needed any help finding the right sizes, for example, when you have to literally DIG for your clothes yourself to find whatever you need. I, however, even had the decency to place the items back on the rack after looking at them. Good customer, you would say, right?

3. I would not put my feet again in those dirty fitting rooms which, I later found out, they only clean at the end of the day. I wonder how many (dirty) feet are standing there during a whole day, not to mention the specks of dust I saw yesterday. I had to literally bend and BLOW that dust away.

At the end of my shopping experience, I asked to get REFUNDED and left the store without spending anything. It would have been weird for me to spend $ 112.45 and get this kind of experience. I still wasted my time, though.

No excuse WHATSOEVER is good enough. Do your job!

Disgusting.
