Launching the first ever zip-line circuit in a Canadian City, MTL Zipline is a young and innovative company that will be giving the opportunity to tourists and citizens of the greater Montreal area to live a once in a life time experience by discovering the city of Montreal from a bird’s eye view. We are open on weekends, and no need to make reservations.

The service was very good. Nice people. Only thing was the stairs. They didn't have an elevator and my feet were tired. I felt safe and had a lot of fun.

Cool view, fun ride, and staff were great. It’s an extremely expensive minute of your life though. There are better, cheaper ways to get a good view. Overall, pretty fun though short.

Although it was fun, the zipline isn't very fast and yet is still over really quickly. I guess it is sort of a bucket list item but is overpriced. I have a slight fear of heights but it was good.

Very well run operation. Seems like a pushy sell job at first but then you realize that it really is as good as they say. Not frightening at all, except the steep climb up. Everything is reinforced well however so you feel safe. The staff are efficient and professional. I have to give a special shout out to them for doing an incredible job of managing and assisting my daughter who is ambulatory but has significant physical disabilities. They were understanding and patient and couldn't have made her feel any more welcome. Both kids and I loved the experience and will remember it as a highlight of our trip to Montreal. The kids are already plotting their return, lol!
Price was $15pp when we visited. If you go, keep in mind that you cannot use your cellphone during the experience. The only way to film your "ride" is to pay $5 for an armband that you put your phone into (which is actually not bad, in hindsight I wish I had done this :)).
Best to wear athletic gear (including your shoes) to ensure a comfortable ride and women should tie their long hair back.

My family from Ontario came down to visit us for the weekend. We decided to try mtl zip line together and all had an amazing time. Even my 4 year old cousin went !!

We were two families with kids and teens Everyone did this zipline and enjoyed a lot. Although it is short but very reasonable ($14 only). Very safe and full of fun

I have a group of 35 people that would like to do the zipline next Wednesday. Do I need to book a reservation? How long does it take to get that many people through?

Can you get up to xipline platform any other way than climbing stairs? For older golks ang kids...if not hony steps are there and how long would it take?

I believe they only have the stairs. Didn't see any alternative to it. It's a lot of steps but if you go slowly, it's easy enough.
Do you have to book ahead of time? Or can you just show up and pay for it on the spot?

Do they have a footwear policy? Are there lockers or storage nearby for my purse? I have one day, only flip flops, and I'll be wandering around with my (small) luggage. Wondering if this is even do-able.

Just the actual zip line takes about 3 minutes. It ends up at the end of the little pond and it's a short walk back to the park area. They are open a lot from what I could see. I don't know the hours. I know they were not open early Sunday morning. We went in the afternoon.
