My family stopped in this summer to find really interesting gifts ideas and novelty items! This is a must visit for your whole family when in Montreal. Really different toys and collectables. I highly recommend this store and the great friendly customer service!

I visited here in May - having just left the nearby Notre Dame Basilica. There was an immediate feeling of peace as I walked in the door of the shop - quiet classical music was playing and there were lovely items for sale. There were no brash souvenirs! Instead I found gifts to take home - gifts which subsequently delighted the recipients but which didn't break the bank!! As I walked around I noticed old radios and sewing machines - various other old and interesting items interspersed with attractive things to buy. Meanwhile the background music followed me around the shop, the tone and volume never changing and the content always pleasant. I paid for my purchases and the gentleman there was friendly and polite and delighted to explain that he had old radios hidden all over the shop so that the music 'followed' the customer. What a lovely (and successful) idea. Words cannot adequately describe this lovely place - do go and visit it - you will relax, be refreshed and want to return!
