Staff wasn’t very attentive, nor friendly. We arrived 5 minutes before our check-in time and they insisted about not giving us our bracelets a minute too early… the employee just stood there behind the desk with our bracelets in hand, waiting for the *exact second* of our check-in time. Honestly, a bad start to the day.

Lots of waiting time due to lack of ropes to tie us in. The “6D” movie was a real joke, half the seats didn’t work. The “easy” trails weren’t easy at all and my 9 year old had a hard time holding onto the cables to cross (and she’s not tiny, actually above average height). Their website sells this place like it’s amazing and wonderful but for 250$ for 4 people I would never go there again and definitely don’t recommend it.

Hello, We are very sorry your experience wasn't better. We do have to control the time at which people come into the park because we only have so many harnesses and would not want to let your family in the park and not be able to equip you. As for difficulty levels we understand not everyone feels comfortable in the rope courses. We have some 4 or 5 years old who are able to do all the levels on their own and some adults who don't feel comfortable at all. We are always happy to give you back your money if a couple minutes in you realize the activity is not for you. We do hope you give us another chance someday, maybe when you child is a bit older. The experience really is terrific when you start to let go and vanquish your fears. Have a great day !

A great experience as always at the old port in Montreal. This is one of the must do activities that our family does year in and year our during summer when we go to Montreal. Great to see kids do this, but even better are when parents join the kids on these arial courses.

It does take some coordination and lots of courage for kids and parents new to these zip lining activities. Some tips: 1) Sometimes just swinging across is easier than trying to go through the obstacles/monkey bars, rings, wheel barrels, or it will get you through most of the section easier; 2) remember that you are harnessed in and can take a break, it will hold you; 3) bring a locker lock so you can store your valuables/phone; either that or bring many loonies to use the pay per use/open lockers; 4) bring water or drink bottles and store on top of locker; 5) have fun

Took my two grandsons (5 and 8) for a treat before going back to school. Staff were excellent and friendly and good with the boys but seemed short-staffed as we often had to wait to get clicked in or out of the activities.

There were different levels of activities suited to their different ages which was was good.

Facilities seemed tired and need a refresh.

Boys loved the 3d movie but found it too short .

Bouncy castle had pools of water (due rain) which made it (sadly) unusable.

Hello ! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review ! We are happy to hear your grandsons had loads of fun at our park. Please note that because the park is meant to mimic ships dating from the first settlers era, it is totally normal that the decor looks a bit old. Everything is however completely safe and well maintained. Have a great day !

My 3.5 year old had a lot of fun, but found the movie a little scary. That said, she did want to watch the movie again. It would be cool if there were a few more “ground” activities for my 1.5 year old.

My 9 year old daughter LOVED this. She did every single course available. This was only possible time-wise because we went right when it opened on a Monday morning so the lines were not long. We had the two hour pass and she was able to complete every single ropes course. However, I looked over at other times of day and there were MANY more people and I think it could have been too crowded to complete it all within two hours at a later time or on the weekend. That said: the double diamond was bananas- very long and difficult! So many people will choose not to do all of the courses anyway, in which case 2 hours will be enough. I also had my 3 year old with me. I regret purchasing a ticket for myself. The 3 year old needed so much help (on the low ropes courses only, of course) and supervision at the bounce houses that it wasn’t realistic for me to participate and I wish I had saved myself the (not insignificant!!)ticket price and not bought myself a ticket.

We took our 8 and 11 year old here to burn some energy.

Pros 1) Attentive, supportive staff; the people who were on the course were very helpful 2) Super fun pirate ship theme 3) If your child is scared about falling, know that the harness immediately catches you and keeps you in a seated position 4) There are so many levels from easy and 2 feet off the ground to very difficult and 35 feet off the ground. 5) Plenty of places inside the course for family members who are not climbing to sit and watch (without paying)

Things to know 1) My daughter got a big blister on her hand; no big deal but it’s definitely WORK up there and there are a few parts where you just have to keep going because there’s nowhere to land. So just make sure your kiddo understands that before they start a harder course 2) It gets crowded. We saw the afternoon crowd and abandoned our plan the first day - we made a reservation for opening the next day (9:30) and it was much better. 3) There are parts that are ropes course and parts that are zipline and most courses use both.

My 8 year old was able to complete the diamond course 24 feet up and they did 4 courses total in about 90 minutes from arrival to departure.

Check it out!

We used to go there with our kids since 2021. The whole idea used to be just great, and it still is: the pirate ship and the ropes are irresistable.
However there are 2 things that got noticeably worse since the previous season:
1) no guards/no personal/no help in the bouncing houses area. Last time (August 1st) some boy had been screaming and crying forever until his parents finally located and removed him from the inside. Just lookung at him, one might assume he broke his arm or leg. None of the staff was interested. Come on, what are we paying our money for?
2) Last year, all parents could enjoy sitting at wooden benches in the shade, very useful thing it was. This year... are the benches and umbrellas forbidden or stolen or sold? It's pretty painful to be waiting for hours under the sun, walking back and forth or sitting on a pile of rubbish (if lucky).
Drawbacks like these can kill the best concept in the world.

Hi Jacob. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We have indeed moved the tables to the ground park area to allow for more sitting there since most parents watch the kids and do not partake in the activities there. Doing that allowed us to create another lower rope course for younger kids. As for the staff near the inflatable games, we are working hard at raising awareness and the work level. We hope you had a fun time and that you'll come see us again next year!

I’m surprised people being disappointed with the ground park. My kids 7&9 had a blast just doing the ground back. You also get archery, carousel and a 3d pirates movie that they said was a ride and was “epic”. The ground park is a more reasonable option in terms of price and only an hour. We also didn’t have to go in with them. We did not make a reservation until about 30 minutes prior and there plenty of spots.

Very cool! My boys had a blast and did not even want a snack break for the 4 hrs we were there. They loved the aerial space the most. At 5 years of age, they were able to do the Green level and some blue level ones. Lots of interesting courses. Challenging even for the adults. I would've loved a snack bar inside the aerial area.
My main qualms were some of the staff. They are young and distracted. It actually started upon check-in when one staff member had to remind two other staff members to stick by another customer while they were checking in, to which they replied, but they're just filling out a form (they were standing far across and just chatting away to each other). Once inside, on the aerial course my son was stuck for quite a while on a challenging part of a course, and I kept looking down at the helpers, and they were too busy chatting away on the ship (not close by) to notice what was going up above and help. Another time, staff was too busy chatting to receive/notice the incoming kids coming in via zipline at the end of the course. They're supposed to wait one at a time and the staff member didn't notice that a couple had come in and were waiting to be unclipped. Also, the staff at the archery station weren't making sure kids were walking behind and NOT in front of those participating. I had to actually step in and guide the kids. At some point later in the evening, the staff were even shooting the arrows across into the cafe sitting area, completely outside of the archery area. They stopped as my boys and I walked by, and then resumed their "game" after we passed. My boys spent some time at the jumpy castle area, and again, they had to go up and interrupt a group of 4-6 staff members who were too busy chatting amongst themselves in order to ask them what the protocol was/where to go/if they could join, etc...
That being said, Tokyo was a stellar staff member. He really helped out my boys during tricky courses and double-checked harnesses, etc.
Great space and ideas, but again, the staff is young and lack that awareness of customers.

My 16 year old did this. They really enjoyed it. I was able to find a spot in the shade on the grounds to wait for them. It was a super hot day so they did not stay the full 2 hours. We had not reserved a spot since it was a last minute decision, but I would recommend it. We ended having to wait 30 minutes. Staff was very good, they helped her down when she stopped part way through because of the heat.
