I registered my 9 year old twin boys to the kids yoga class on Saturdays and we all loved it. The teachers, the room, the welcoming place :) Especially the 5$ drop in for moms while the kids are taking their own yoga class. It's a great class and the teacher is very good with the kids. I met Gabrielle and Ari when they came to visit my hometown! They taught an inversion workshop and were very helpful and informative and taught us some breathing and alignment tricks that have improved my practice so much already. This is the place I come when I need to disconnect. I love coming here, as soon as I step in the studio space I instantly feel more relaxed. I love all the teachers here they are all very professional and have this ability to make you feel at home, like part of the family. I usually join the Hatha classes because they are more mellow and beginner friendly. I also love the yin and meditation classes. I also participated in various of their weekend workshops and always have a magical experience there too. I bring my friends to the studio all the time (it helps that first class here is free!). They also have free tea, big changing rooms and showers. Definitely recommend it !…

At Yoga Shak you'll find wonderful teachers who have a super developed practise who bring a lot of creativity to the mat. You'll also find all kinds of fun offers for retreats all over so theres more than just a few classes to be had. The instructors are all young active types who have a real dedication to their teaching. A vibe of inspired action is really present at this studio. Loved it! I definitely recommend giving it a try and taking the tine to check out all they have to offer in terms of retreats and workshops. There's pretty much always something going on. Also the first class is free and in general the prices are very affordable compared to other studios.…

I go to a lot of their vinyasa classes and I love them. Classes are physically powerful but still carrying the essence and traditions of yoga. I tried various teachers, some of them teach bilingual, some teach mostly in french but they are all very experienced teachers, friendly but professional. They offer free tea before class which I think is a great plus and they have promotions on memberships on the 1-7 of every month !!! I would recommend this place.…
