We had another wonderful experience this past Saturday with Ivan and Elizabeth at Dubarry Furs. Their knowledge and experience as well as their warm hospitality make it feel like our home away from home each time we visit. As usual, we did not leave empty-handed. Rather, we wore our purchases -- a new shearling and leather jacket that fits PERFECTLY, new mink earmuffs and some lovely shearling-lined leather gloves. There is no way to sufficiently thank them for their time and attention during this and each of our visits and there are not enough words to express what a wonderful place this is.

What a wonderful experience we had while looking to buy myself a wool/leather jacket! I had actually done some research and saw the amazing reviews of Dubarry Furs, that I immediately knew this place was on my list. Upon our arrival, Elizabeth immediately greeted me and gave me so much help in picking out just the right jacket. Her patience is so appreciated and Ivan is a wonderful assistant as he kept my husband engaged while I did some shopping. I settled on a beautiful wool jacket with leather sleeves - she did not have the jacket in stock, but it was ordered and shipped to us free of charge to NJ, along with a gorgeous chinchilla scarf/hat and a beautiful cashmere scarf for my husband. I cannot recommend Dubarry Furs enough - if you are in the market for great quality at reasonable prices, you can't go wrong. If I am in Montreal again, I would absolutely stop in to see Elizabeth and Ivan - they are a lovely and warm couple who take pride in their shop. Highly recommend!!

The couple who own this shop have spent their lives in the Canadian fur business, and are as genuine and full of history as old Montreal. Like the fur business itself, they have pivoted to luxurious renewable fabric garments with luxurious fur trim, plus knitted garments and accessories that are all very well made and well priced. Definitely worth a visit when strolling old Montreal.

The experience my husband and I had this year and also in previous years was excellent. From the very experienced owners who are so professional and friendly to their high quality collection of furs, leather , suede and wool coats, hats and many other related merchandise. I have had 2 coats made there and my husband has bought many fur hats. The quality and workmanship was superb and everything ordered was mailed to us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this store for their outstanding selection of quality clothing and customer service.

Dubarry Furs is a gem. One of the highlights of my trip to Montreal was meeting Elizabeth & Ivan, the fabulous owners. The shop has a huge selection of gorgeous yet affordable pieces to choose from. The quality is evident. Purchasing and shipping my items to California was seamless. A customer for life!

We were having lunch across the street and noticed some beautiful coats in the window of Danbarry Furs. Went in and was thrilled with the fine coats and excellent quality. Beautifully crafted and some unique styles. Elizabeth and Ivan were so delightful and accommodating. Fell in love with a beautiful coat, and they altered the sleeves in time for my departure from Montreal. Highly recommend.

Love love Ivan and Elizabeth! I'm very sorry for the late review, but I went here last September with my friend, we were just walking across the old port and saw this store with wonderful display and we were curious, we passed by. We had no idea if we can afford anything or if we wanted to buy anything, we just wanted to check! The stuff in the store looked really nice and fancy you'd be afraid to touch, but they let us try everything we wanted and they talked about alternative options for cheaper price points! They had a sale when we were there, which was really really good! My friend got a poncho and I got some earmuffs~ Elizabeth and Ivan were so lovely and so hospitable we definitely felt good while in the store. I hope you guys pay them a visit! They're awesome and their products are of impeccable quality! I use my earmuffs every day now that it's getting colder and I can't wait to use them in the winter :)

Dubarry has a remarkable selection of men's and women's classic outerwear at great prices (even less with the currency difference). I was able to do a vast majority of my Christmas shopping in one fell swoop, and they were able to ship it to me in the US. Elizabeth and Ivan were so gracious and informative about the different products - many of which are made by them. I found some super cute shearling slippers, a gorgeous shearling car coat that I absolutely love, gloves, and scarves. They also have a great selection of alpaca products, including capes and some very cute children's sweaters and knit hats. And if you have an unusual size (for example a size 13 foot), or prefer a specific combination of materials, they can customize slippers. I am quite sure I will be ordering from them again. Thank you Elizabeth and Ivan for a wonderful shopping experience!

A stunning collection of furs and fur accessories. Easy to access on the busy small St. Paul West. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up accessories, hats, and a warm wool and fur outerwear piece. The quality is great. We rarely see these things in the US anymore. Montreal is a top shopping spot. This is a must stop

We can also offer online items where a size has been specified, such as slippers, gloves, certain hats.
