We were in Quebec City overnight on a cruise ship and booked with Steeve (who speaks perfect English as well as French) 8 months prior to the trip. Changes had to be made and he graciously accommodated them. The time was shortened, but as he said in his text, he was determined to show us a good time which he certainly did! Our 5 hours began with a walking tour through the old town with an engaging bit of history. The driving tour went through more of the city with a stop for lunch at a great shop with wonderful fresh salads and sandwiches. Later Steeve took us to some personal favorite places on the Ile d'Orleans. We saw strawberry fields stopping to sample just picked berries --and this was in October! We ended with a trip to the famous Montmorency Falls. In each place Steeve shared his knowledge of the city and his passion for sharing his city with tourists. He was knowledgeable, considerate and charming! You could not ask for a better guide! He will work with you to make the most of the time you have.
We shared that we had to disembark the next morning at 4AM to get to the airport for a 6AM flight. After some discussion, he volunteered to be at the ship at 4 AM and take us to the airport for the same price as a taxi and we knew we could rely on his being there! What a comfort to have him with us the next morning!

I had the privilege of having Steeve for my private tour guide in Quebec. Not only did he take me wandering around the old city - pointing out hidden gardens, giving me the stories behind all the places we visited - but he also made sure I knew where the local favorites were. He took me everywhere from the specialty grocery store which has the most amazing food items, to the quiet back street neighborhoods in Old Quebec. I felt like I was wandering with an old friend; he made me very comfortable. A very smart and charming companion to have in the most romantic city in Canada. (see you next time, from the window-licking Irish girl!)

Myself, my wife, and our 4 children (ages 15, 10, 10, and 9) had an amazing day of touring with Steeve! Steeve has both a love and deep knowledge for Quebec and is a gifted guide. He weaves his knowledge of history with fun commentary which made for a gfreat tour, for the adults, our teenage son, and our younger daughter and sons. Our entire family enjoyed the day of touring which included both new and Old Quebec, Isle of Orleans, Montmorency Falls, and several stops for local hot chocolate, fudge, and a delicous local lunch. Steeve also made recommendations for places to eat and actives to do on our own for the rest of our time in Quebec City. Can't recommend Steeve enough for all ages!

Steeve was an excellent tour guide. Blending knowledge with good humour and captivating anecdotes about this wonderful city. We walked about five miles taking in the lower and upper area highlights as well as going off piste to see little visited architectural gems. To finish we enjoyed a craft beer at a bar Steeve suggested. Highly recommended guide who builds the tour exactly as you want.

We hired Steeve based on the reviews of Trip Advisor. We had a group of ~14 adults and 6 kids. There were other companies who offered food tours but the portions were claimed to be small. We wanted something more substantial.
Steeve did not disappoint. He crafted a custom 4 hour tour for us at the different central locales all within walking distance. He provided historical commentary along the way.
In preparation for the tour, Steeve was extremely responsive to questions and emails. His English was excellent.
We will use Steeve our next trip to Quebec.

Steve led our group for a couple days and just being with him was a highlight of the trip. His warm, funny, laid-back personality made us feel comfortable, and he was very knowledgeable about everything about Quebec, from history to modern life. He was flexible and helpful in ways that went beyond expectations. I would for sure ask Steeve to do our next tour. He is a gem. Merci beaucoup!

Steeve is everything. He is punctual, knowledgeable, fun, multi-lingual, well spoken, friendly, and most of all, flexible. It was a private 6 hour tour with my wife and me and we could have gone longer. Steeve took us around the city as well as into the countryside, the Ile de Orleans and Chute Montmorency. He was born just North of the city and has an extensive knowledge of the area, no matter what the topic: history, geography, agriculture, commerce, political pulse, and culinary.
Steeve is the man and can help tours of whatever size and need. I hate tours and normally prefer to be my own guide, but this was totally worth every dollar.
Thanks Steeve!

We were in town prior to our Queen Mary cruise and hired Steeve for a half-day tour. Since we had been to Quebec before we opted to visit Île d'Orléans. We had a wonderful time sampling wine, cider, syrup and fresh fruit. Steeve even bought us a delicious little pastry topped with Quebec syrup! A quick stop at Montmorency Falls for a photo and a little time in the downtown area ended a wonderful day. Steeve was very knowledgeable and enthusiastc and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

We are interested in a private English language tour on the morning of June 1st. We are a party of four and could join up with others or keep it just the four of us. Please let us know the availability and price..
Thank you.
