Rain!! Oh well. The company called us the day before and explained weather. Gave us the option of cancelling or accepting Mother Nature and going for it. We thought this was very proactive and admirable to contact their customers ahead of time. Professional. We decided to go for it. Our guides were Guy and Emily. They explained bikes and adjusted seats to our height. They were both very knowledgeable regarding equipment and our path to the falls. Our safety, seemed to be of utmost concern to them both which was appreciated. We stopped at certain points where Guy would explain points of interest and historical significance. There are a few inclines in which I struggled. ( Haven’t biked since I was 12. Clearly need to strengthen my legs). Thank you Emily! She was right beside me, with encouraging words. So kind. The falls were indeed, impressive. The snack the company provided was quite delicious with a chocolate power bar, cheese, crackers and an extremely unique box of maple water. They also provided us with water. The ride back was mostly down hill and we made our way quickly. Thanks Guy and Emily for a great tour.

Great bike tour for families! We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9 to 12). The terrain was easy to ride (no hills) and the pace is relaxed and casual. You see a lot of the city and learn about it’s rich history and culture. Tour guides provided a tremendous mix of social, architectural and cultural information about Quebec and Canada. Le Grand Marché de Québec makes for a fitting and cool place to stop for lunch,

The route was perfect for our family (3 kids between ages of 9 and 15). Not too difficult and great views. Guy was a friendly and knowledgeable guide - the time flew by! We would not have experienced the lower part of the old city and some of the outlying area if not for this tour. It was well worth it. The bikes worked well. We got lucky with the weather too!

This was an excellent, easy, informative 16 mile bike ride. Guide was superb. Location of bike shop/starting point was a pleasant 10 minute walk along the main street. Ample time at the Montmorency Falls. Gondola ride that was included was great and certainly necessary to truly experience the beauty of the falls and views of the river, etc. Care was given by the staff to ensure each bike was properly adjusted for each customer. Highly recommend.

We did 4 bike tours on our trip to Canda last October. All are good but this one is the best. When we arrived at the store, the bikes were ready, the staff were well aware of who is going, our riding abilities, and where we were going. The bikes are very well maintained. Our guide, Guy, introduced himself and got to know our members first. Then the safety brief was given. Guy always kept an eye on all of us so the pace is never too fast nor too slow. He has a little secret on how to achieve this. The tour is very informative. Guy also tried very hard to answer all sorts of questions we asked. Part of the tour is hilly. It is not a problem for regular riders. But some members of our group found it too challenging. Luckily, they had e-bikes, which were recommended before tour started. We totally enjoyed the tour: the scenery and the history of Quebec. Well done, Guy. Well done, team. Almost forget. Guy actually prepared raincoats and gloves for us just in case we didn't prepare. So warm and nice.
