Booked a 75 min treatment. After the consultation, the Esthetician said it would be extra for the anti aging package. She literally didn't do anything different. She applied a gel and instantly my face started burning. I was dressed and out the door in 60 min! I was charged $183! So, apparently this "extra was $65". I asked the girl working at the front what I was being charged for and she said that "The Esthetician wrote it in her notes" and that she couldn't answer my question. It was the worst facial I've ever had. We phoned management and we haven't heard back. Highly unprofessional and a complete rip off. I have had many facials before and have never had an experience like this. I picked this place because of the reviews so not sure why it's so highly rated. Utterly disappointed.

I went there twice this month with my husband. Quiet place with music, very skillful massage. Each time makes me really relaxed, will come often.

My boyfriend and I had the most lovely afternoon at this spa. 15 minutes from the beautiful (but so touristy) old town of Quebec, we had the whole place to ourselves! We soooo enjoyed going from the hot tub to sauna to steam room before heading upstairs for our romantic massages for 2. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got massages and facials done here and the service was great. My husband had never gotten a facial before and was quite adverse to it, however the spa has a special package just for men, so he felt very comfortable in the end. While waiting in between services, we were presented with a fresh snack tray and a beverage which was in a lovely waiting room. My only negative feedback is that the prices on the pamphlets were lower than what we were actually charged. I knew this ahead of time, as we stopped into the spa to check out the facility before later calling in to book the services. Once on the phone while booking our visit, I asked for a confirmation of pricing and that it when we found out that the pricing was higher in actuality. Other than that hiccup, everything was great and the spa is beautiful!

Went for my daughter's birthday to spoil her. I was shocked to see how small it is at first, the tub is cannot accomodate more than 6 people at the same time, the rest area (witch we could not use it was occupied) 6 chairs, we then tried the eucalyptus bath. Not only there is room only for two i was horrified to smell URINE ...... I also got charged $110.00 for a 60 minutes massage when it says $100.00 on the web site.... I do not recommand it!!!

Thank you for your comments. We are terribly sorry that your visit didn’t go as you have planed. We are very aware that our spas are small, but we do allow a maximum of 6 people at a time so it is never too crowded. As for the smell in the steam room, we are quite surprised because we clean our installations every day, It is always humid in the steam room, so it was probably a drain problem. That issue has been taken care of. We would like to follow up with you over the phone. Our customer service is our main priority at the Spa Infinima. Thanks again.

My husband and I had a couples massage here and really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed spending time in the saunas and pool. We did a couples massage last year in Chateau Frontenac and we enjoyed this experience much more. It is a beautiful spa that has a very relaxing setting. We would definitely go back again.

My husband & I enjoyed our 60 minute couples massage after a long 15 hour flight. The price was high at $220 Canadian dollars for a couple. But it was WELL
Worth it!!
We changed in the locker room into our spa ROBES. The massage room was comfortable and we had a choice of MUSIC and LIGHTING.
After our excellent massages, we were served hot tea (or other beverages) and a plate of fruit and cheese in a quiet , dark room to make the transition from the massage room to going out into the street.
Highly recommend!

Went for a massage with my husband. Had V shaped adjacent rooms so we could see each other's heads. Cave like decor in the basement of an esthetics boutique. Fruit plate and tea or juice served in a relaxation room after massage. Personnel very professional. Dressing rooms very small with no privacy. You might have to change in front of others if the place is busy. This was the only negative for me.
