Saint-Roch food tour was well worth the time and money. Not only were the food stops excellent (including the beer) but the guide new a lot about the area as we walked the streets pointing out various things including a girdle factory building.

Absolutely. If you let them know you're a vegetarian when you make the reservation they will assist you during the tour. Enjoy the tour.

Absolutely. One of the restaurants we visited was pure vegan and vegetarian serving a vegan key lime bar.

We only did the St Roch tour so can't help with differences. Our tour had a good compliment of traditional local food. A good way to hit some restaurant highlights just outside the old city.
