A beautiful place to visit. The sister of the Magnificat there yesterday was so kind and peaceful. I purchased wall hangings of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, one for each of my kindergarten students for September. Jesus was painted by one of the sisters. Absolutely beautiful. IT was a blessing to meet her and visit there!

Wonderful bookstore run by a group of nuns. Hand made statues, prayer cards of just about any saint you can name. Nun running the register was very friendly and told their orders story. At the end of the block but at least stop in and say hello.

We were just wandering around the lower part of old Quebec and happened upon this little store run by nuns! The nun was amazing, she was so lovely and a joy to talk to. Go in, say hello, look around and you won't regret it. It's a must if you're in Quebec city.

This beautiful Catholic gift and supply store in the lower town of old quebec is run by the Nun's from the Monistary of the Magnificat. It features hand painted statues and figurines, books, rosaries, paintings, calendars, magazines, kids books and more. Most of everything is handmade by the nuns. They are delightful to talk to and very knowledgable.
They have a good assortment of frence and english books. A must visit site!
