Gare du Palais is the train station at the old port. It is exceptionally clean and quite for a terminal. The boarding was smooth and the train was on time.

It is unusual to find such a well appointed train station in Canada. Lots of choice of eateries to choose from. The architecture lends itself to the name of the station as it resembles a palace. The station also serves intercity buses.

This building is beautiful. This is where you come to take the bus or train to other parts of Canada. There is a little shopping and several restaurants inside. Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Across the street is a very big fountain...More

Better than most US train stations. Decent food, friendly service. Long line to check baggage an hour before boarding so get there early if u want to check bags or buy tix.

This is the nicest 'active' trains station I have been to in Canada. I have been at a few others that were maybe nicer in their time but they have been converted to other uses. Easy to hang out here and/or across the street in...More

We arrived into this station on VIA Rail. We walked around it a bit, taking in the architecture before catching a bus to our Airbnb in Limoilou

It is a lovely small train station. There is everything what you need, when you are waiting for the train: plenty of seats, gift shop, washroom, café. It is clean and not too busy here. The building looks from outside more like a museum than...More

Gare de Palais looks larger on the outside than it feels on the inside. When entering the station there is a large space with a high ceiling that corresponds to how it looks on the outside but overall the station felt kind of cramped on...More
