Vast pretty lake with good parking all round. The main building was closed, as were the rest rooms for some reason. Great area for walking and picnicking.

Really nice area to stop and walk around the lake and stop for a picnic. There is a farmer's market and indoor vendors to get local cheese and meats are well as maple syrup and pastries.

Lots of parking ($) and a playground and rest rooms.

Good for walking and biking.

We were there on the first really warm and sunny day in April, the trail is mixed bike path/pedestrian trail. Parts of trail are separate for bikes but some parts are shared. Also dog friendly. There is an info center and snack bar in the old train stain and washrooms are available at several locations. Plenty of benches and places to stop and picnic.

Three and a half kilometers of paved trails around the lake but lots more that connects to all the others going to Parc Blanchard as well.

Had a gorgeous day and it was lively with people. Nice little spot to walk around and waste an hour or so.

Great place for an a walk or to stretch out on the grass for a bite to eat. Easy to find. Parking was available and free. Almost all of the areas are flat and easy to get around. We did not have bikes, but there were plenty of cyclists and rollerbladers. Plenty of green space and benches, too.

My wife and I took a walk along the Lac des Nations after an extended shopping trip at Marché de la Gare. It was a peaceful walk along the waterfront. On the paved path we saw many runners, walkers and cyclists.

Great place for a walk with family, for exercise and also to grab an ice-cream after at the marche next to the park. Fantastic for outdoor, leisurely walk. Picnic spaces available on the benches or grass when weather is right. Great view of the waters and very calming.

Whenever I go out for a light walk, I find lac des Nations a very nice place full of oxygen and colorful seen, where people walk, jog, or skate in a safe and beautiful path. It is close to downtown Sherbrooke, the central library (Bibliothèque Éva-Senécal), and (Rue) King street. You may find soft drinks and foods, around an old antique train parked besides the lake.

I have been associate to this event for five years and enjoy it very much. Now I am a participant and going there to watch very good musical shows and firework plus others activities like craft presentation.
A very much plaisant day at this festival.
