Was there with son, bro and his adult kids and watched MiB. Only problem we always seem to have is the nachos which is our go to snack, they're always stale.

It used to be a treat to go to a movie. an afternoon/night out with a popcorn and drink. I recently went with my grandkids and the prices for the concession were outrageous. It was almost $100 for two adults and two small children (7 and 4) for admission and popcorn/pops, and at a matinee no less. if I ever go again, i'll be packing homemade popcorn and canned pop. there is no excuse for this type of gouging.…

I always seem to frequent this place. Staff is very friendly with no regards to race. Very fast service. Would be nice if it was upgraded soon as one of the screens had a drink thrown at it and was very distracting. The 3D shows were a blast. Overall one good experience

My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday the Wednesday prior to our visit to the Galaxy Cineplex movie theatre in Prince Albert on Nov 4, I have been taking my daughter there since she was toddler and in recent years we have always brought our own soft drinks with us due to the crazy pricing of this establishment though I would always buy popcorn for my daughter and her cousin and friends, on this occasion we decided not buy popcorn due to previous visit when we saw a staff member picking their nose and handle food after without washing their hands, they also handle money and then handle food on many visits! We hand over our tickets and are told that we are not allowed pop bought from outside into the movie!, I go to speak to the Manager who had been present numerous times over the years and never had a problem a staff member butt's into the conversation stating it's written there in front of the till! After getting no satisfaction from the Manager we go back and my 11 year old daughter is told she is not allowed in with her hoody over her head! unbelievable! my daughter had her hair colored by her aunt and turned out wrong (turned green) embarrassed to have people see her hair like that she had her hoody over her head! health and safety they claim! OMG! others are allowed in with other hats and things on their heads so what do they do if a nun, menonite or a person from a minority religion visits their theatre?, discrimination against an 11year First Nations child from where I am standing, I am white European but my daughter and her friend are First Nation members! My daughter was in tears by the time we got back to the hotel! No common sense why couldn't they ask why she had her hoody over her head!, why could they not state for future reference food and drink from outside is not allowed! Spoiled my daughters birthday treat to see Trolls! and they wonder why people no longer go to the movies! One of the worst experiences of customer service in my life. When I complained to Cineplex all I got is this is our policy garbage!…
