The scent of flowers greets you as you walk in the door (after being greeted by friendly volunteers, that is). You are welcome to bring a warm beverage in and sit for as long as you like.
It's the perfect escape from winter and is utterly refreshing. There is a suggested donation box, and the visit is well worth a donation!

It is small but filled with flowers and plants that can be out of season or not able to grow here at all like pineapples. It is a nice place to escape Winter, Spring and Autumn and see beautiful plants. It host events such as teas, can be booked for weddings, and has a monthly children's gardening program.

Small, but it was free. Nice to spend a wholesome day with grandma or aunts visiting from somewhere. Nice way to spend some together time with a date if running ahead of schedule for reservations. Again, free. I was actually here in summer 2010, but that's not an option to check off.

I tried to go here on a Saturday in September, right after they has re-opened for the season, but when I got to the place where their own website says they are, it was a Board of Education building. Oh well.

This is one Of Regina's true hidden gems. I've lived in Regina most of my life and think that the FC is one of the most underrated places in the city. It's an excellent place to take your children to in the winter as an oasis from the cold. Check out their events schedule while there to plan on coming back for an afternoon tea. People get married here. You can rent it for a small family event or a friends evening.
It's an oasis in Regina especially in the winter.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING, IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME & MONEY. It was a terrible experience all around with the lead-up to the event; nobody working or volunteering there had a clue about anything (the event; Q/A’s; etc.); they were very rude to me several times & they took no responsibility or ownership on anything. It was a bizarre experience to deal with these people who seemed completely oblivious to running an organization/business & dealing with the general public; & then asked if we liked the tea? Would we be back? What? No we won’t ever attend another event held there. Not only was the experience stressful, confusing & took several phone calls & emails to finally get an answer before the event; I had to make 3 separate trips there to purchase tickets & then the actual event was rushed; we were squished into the RFC like sardines; the food/drink at the tea was bad (not worth the $15/per ticket) I paid $45 for the 3 of us to attend. The flowers & plants were nice, but big time overrated. Then when we went to use the washroom facilities they smelt so bad that you couldn’t stay in the washroom it was so overwhelming (I’ve travelled & had to make due, but these were bad) it was like the stack had frozen & it was sewer back-up, it was bad. When we went to tell them, they acted like we were crazy; started their own little conversation & that there was nothing wrong with them; one lady went to check them out & came back saying in a huff that there was nothing wrong with them? Clearly she had lost her sense of smell because we weren’t the only ones that commented on them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY WERE RUDE TO ME & THEN TO MY FAMILY & I AT THE EVENT & I OVERHEARD THEM BEING RUDE TO EACH OTHER AT TIMES.

Very nice place to visit, especially on a super cold day like today ( minus-33).Lovely lady that works at reception was visually happy to see us there, and told us several things about the place. Inside, it is just beautiful, calm, warm, and full of fabulous flowers ( see photos). Really nice place to visit

The floral conservatory is easily the best place to be in Regina every day of the year, but it's even better in the winter. There are bright colours, warmth, peace and tranquility here. The staff were kind enough on short notice to bring together a little tea, coffee and tables for my family and I for a memorial. My mother was always very fond of the conservatory in her life. We had an anniversary meal there a few years ago which was very nice and then this special time more recently. Thank you always from our hearts to this place and the people that work there and care for everything.

Maintained by volunteers, this conservatory is our one oasis of escape in our long Regina winters. Wish we had more spaces like this! Its not large but is a nice spot to take a pause and breathe some fresh air.
