I went to the Delta Regina location and treated myself to a manicure and pedicure! My Esthetician, Vishi, was amazing and professional. She asked lots of questions and made sure I was relaxed while in the treatment. She was very skilled and understands how to treat different skin types. Would definitely go again!

I had a pedicure with my sister for my birthday at the Hotel Sask location. The service started great, the tea was nice and hot. My sister was being tended to by Comfort who was very nice and I was being looked after by Naimo. When it came to the actual pedicure however, the tub I was placed at was having some issues with the jets, it was making weird noises and barely bubbling. When I went to put my feet in she asked about the temperature, but I dont think she tested it because it was so hot I had to yank my feet out and wait for her to cool it down. When she started to trim my nails she ended up cutting me with the file on my big toe from filling too aggressively, it bled and stung when she put a cotton ball on it with what I assume was rubbing alcohol. After that I couldn't relax while she was filling because I was worried I'd be cut again. I also want to say that she is fairly new to the industry and I totally understand that mistakes happen. I also have to complain about the polish, it was so hunky chunky that it was coming out the bottle on the brush in globs. Instead of her asking if I'd like a different colour she kept globbing it on and couldn't get the polish to sit on my nail right. Now my toes are polished unevenly which only I can really tell, but it's kind of disappointing to pay for a luxury service and get mediocre results.

Skin was goid but staff were awkward. I asked for quiet style treatments and ahe wouldnt stop talking. As well she kept saying awkward things about my not going near my chest area and then walked in on me naked after i said i wasnt ready. Overall felt very unprofessional and i wouldn't return to this spa.

To say the maintenance pedicure I got was very disappointing is an understatement! A 45 minute pedicure in under 30 minutes. No foot cream was applied. Way over priced at $71!!!!
Then I tried to use my gift card. I had to wait for over 45 minutes as they had to check with the location where the card was purchased, and then their credit card machine wouldn’t work.
The website says the gift cards can be used anywhere. It doesn’t say the process will be so frustrating, you will leave your spa experience frustrated and NOT relaxed.
Go somewhere else for your spa treatments.

Steam room still not operational since being here 5 months ago. Hot tub jets were blowing cold water. More unsettling was the massage was not up to standard expected of an RMT. Said they were an RMT but did not approach massage as a true RMT would. Very disturbing. RMT requested was not available that day. Maybe they aren’t even there? I wasn’t the only one this was happening too. My experience raises all kinds of alarm bells about this place. Something isn’t right here operationally. Very limited towel availability too.

Went to the Spa in this hotel (Damara Day Spa) for a celebration last year and had absolutely terrible service. My appointment was booked for 4 individuals to all have manicures at the same time but when I arrived they told me they could only do 2 at a time. The manicurists were more that 20 minutes late and then rushed our service. I complained to management, and was yelled at on the phone by the manager when I (very calmly) explained what had happened. She even threatened to hang up on me. She claimed that they tried to call me to tell me that my appointment was changed but that they had the wrong phone number. Not only was our main form of communication via email, but I also checked back in my own emails to show her that I had, indeed, provided the correct phone number and someone from the spa had put it into their system incorrectly. I was absolutely flabbergasted to be treated that way by someone in the service industry! She wouldn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience of the mis-managed timing.
My bad experiences with the Spa have seriously discouraged me from holding any events or recommending this Hotel.

I bought a groupon for Damara's Day Spa and what a waste. It was suppose to include a specialized facial, body wrap and head massage. I got a basic facial and that was it. The regular price for the facial was slightly more than the groupon. Moreover, it was very short. It started a bit late and was about 40 minutes not including the fact that she left twice for a total of about 10 minutes. I wasn't super impressed. I tried to speak to the manager but she was out of town and then didn't return my call. I would never go back and I would not encourage anyone else to go.

I booked in with this spa because of the location in Harbour Landing, Regina. I was there with a friend for a couples facial and pedicure. The facial was nice, but then the estheticians asked us each if we wanted a masque for our treatment. There wasn't any mention of extra fees, so I was shocked when an extra $50 pp was added to our bills just for a masque!! I complained and was refunded our money. I also had a coupon for my birthday month and was only discounted for one of the treatments, again, I complained and they refunded me the $$. So watch what they charge you for. The products were nice that they used. The pedicures were so/so, and although we paid for extra gel polish, mine was chipping off in just a few weeks. Also, when you book online and ask for a particular employee, don't go by that as they just book you in with whomever is available - not sure why they even have that option when booking. I asked about it when I came, and they said, oh that person works at the other spa - ok then, don't have their name available to book in with at that location/timeslot. I would say, maybe try another day spa in Regina. I have had a better all around experience at others in the city.

My service was rushed. Staff was rude and snippy. Definetly not worth the amount I paid for the service I got. Don’t waste your time and money. I sure won’t again.

I was arriving for a work meeting a day early, so I booked a massage for a Sunday afternoon. The spa was very clean, quiet, nice music playing, and friendly reception. My massage therapist was Katie-Mae and she did great massage. She listened to what my concerns were and focused on those areas. She even put a full body heating pad on the bed for me - so nice! I would definitely visit this spa again if I were staying at the Delta in Regina.
