There are many stores to choose from including a big Hudson Bay store with lots of selection. I went a couple weeks before Christmas so it was busy but the mall had some beautiful Christmas decorations to see amongst the crowds and lots of choices at the food court when you need a break. The underground parking is very nice in winter time. Looking forward to MEC opening in this mall. Worth going downtown to shop at the many stores different than the big box stores.

Great shopping experience in a historic train station place with a feature gallery of old architecture in the hallway next to the foodcourt and jewelry store. Make sure to stop and appreciate the CN rail next time you shop. Great store and fast food restaurant selection, friendly staff and creative modern atmosphere always in line with the latest fashion trends.

The mall is dated. The stores have seen better days. The food court is a food court, and the customer traffic in and around the mall sketchy.

They have done a huge renovation at Midtown by moving the new food court - called The Common - to the upstairs area that was previously the Sears location. When you enter the building from the side parking lot by the Cactus Club they have a large section of the wall covered in blocks of sequins that people are creating designs with and writing things, it is really cool. An escalator takes you up to the food area. Lots of variety, more than before and seemed very clean, bright and modern. The side wall facing the parking lot is all windows so you can look out and see a lot of the city including the river and the farmers market area. Enjoy this much more than the old food court. Good job on the upgrades. Should be something for everyone to try.

Said before I will say it again...this mall needs to clean up its act. Every time I visit, I am accosted at least 4-5 times by people for money. Lots of unsavoury characters wandering around. Hold onto your valuables. Stores are mediocre. Only about 3 decent stops the rest are regular low level chain stores. Nothing unique or different.

For Saskatoon's biggest shopping mall it is so disappointing. This city should be big enough to have a really great shopping place to enjoy. The way this mall is designed it's a place to get in and get out, not to enjoy the shopping experience. The second level has an open overlook to the main floor. Not one bit of seating up there.
The manager/owners need to travel to some other malls for some inspiration on what they could do to improve Midtown. The mall has so much potential. It needs more attention than what is currently going on (upgraded washrooms). Btw the upgraded washrooms are missing the mark also. The stall doors all squeak really loudly. Someone isn't watching for quality control and ensuring the renovation is done right.
Lastly, mall security is a sad joke. I could not even enjoy my coffee in peace because a pack of kids uo to no good were causing a disruption. I spoke to the two malk security staff afterward and they informed me the group causing the disturbance are a known group that is a continual problem.
I guess until Midtown makes some changes I'll be shopping elsewhere. It's too bad because this mall could be more along the lines of "malltertainment" a place where it is fun to go and spend time and $

We were there in June 2018 and the plaza was under renos. It was ok to walk around but a bit difficult to deal with the wheelchair. The dental surgery office was busy and expensive. We were able to find parking close to a door for easy access.

I was in downtown Saskatoon and figured this was a place that needed to be checked out. After wandering the mall for a while I wasn't too impressed. If you're shopping for something other than clothing or jewelery there really isn't a lot of options. There was also a lot of construction going on, especially on the top floor. Overall I wasn't that impressed.

We sometimes go to Midtown Plaza for shopping and leisure in the weekends. They have been constantly having construction and building improvements, thus it makes the place inconvenient for visitors. There is not enough seating to have coffee so that we can make ourselves comfortable in the mall area. Starbucks and Tim Hortons may perhaps help add more place and reorganization in the Mall but Food Court is not great. They can also add a paid Arcade area for families with children so that kids will have more place to spend time. Overall we like parking, downtown location and washrooms are always clean, can be better though. Needs improvement in organization and new business development.

We came up to shop and we found everything we needed at great prices. Lots of stores to see and a huge food court. Some Reno’s going on but nothing that affects shopping.
