The exhibits are well done and they have a great collection of old planes, cars, trucks, bikes, skidoos, plains and some other weird vehicles that defy classification. The restaurant is underwhelming, to say the least. There are a lot of good restaurants in Saskatoon. Skip...More

Thank you for taking the time to visit the WDM Saskatoon, we are so glad you enjoyed the exhibits. We are sorry you felt our little cafe was underwhelming that day, most people enjoy the nostalgic ambiance and our homemade fare. If there was something...More

Took our daughter to see the Festival of trees at the WDM and they were beautiful. When we were finished our daughter asked if we could walk around the museum before going home. It had been years since I'd walked thru it so I agreed....More

Great place to take grandchildren. Their eyes can’t believe what it was like “back in the day” when you had to walk and go to school “uphill both ways”. None of this “school bus comfort and coddling kids” like it is today. Good visit.

Happy to hear you all enjoyed the Museum. Be sure to check out our other three locations as well in Moose Jaw, North Battleford and Yorkton.

The museum is split up into sections with the vehicles, trains, a typical prairie town, locomotives, steam-powered macherinery, and general history of area. The vehicles include tractors, special projects and some surprises. The typical prairie town has many wonderful exhibits and historically restored visual elements...More

Really this should almost be two reviews. First, the museum itself was a fun visit through the history of the prairies, with a recreated Main Street and audio for some of the people who went through the settlement of the area and then the depression...More

My daughter and I come here often. She loves to go all over checking out all of the interactive displays. The train is a favourite as well as driving the combine and running through the fun house. Price is reasonable.
