This was the first place our tour guide brought us to in Yukon and the views here are amazing! We took lots of photos here and it's really interesting to take a closer look at the materials that were used to create the statue.

The art is displayed at 305 range road right behind the public dafety/fire building and is not seen from range road so just drive behind the public safety bldg and there's ample parking. Great views.

Wow! This was way more than I expected. This amazing statue is high up on Two Mile Hill and there are majestic mountains in the background. The plaque beside the horse explains that the horse is made of pieces of metal donated by Yukoners to depict life in the territory, in early days to now. It’s like one of those “I spy” books where every time you look, you see something else!!

I didn't expect to find this lovely piece of art where I did... thank goodness for the kind lady at the Visitor Information Centre who marked this out on the map for us. But well worth the stop as it is beautiful art with a stunning landscape of Whitehorse in front of it.

I cycled to this statue and it was worth the trip. It’s made up of different metal parts and it’s pretty cool. I really liked it.

Worth a quick stop - created by a local Yukon artist (and bicycle repair expert, and Green Party candidate)!

It is worth the quick drive to see the Whitehorse horse. Be sure to get close to the horse to marvel at how it is constructed.

Make sure that you drive right up to the "Whitehorse" so that you can see the multitude of scrap metal that has been welded together to create this horse. Drive to the road past the Fire hall to access this unclose.
