I booked a last-minute shuttle to/from the Wildlife Preserve and she was extremely responsive via text. Payment was over e-transfer and she was on-time, informative, and super friendly. We had also requested a slightly different drop-off in the city and she was happy to help us out as well.

Unsure if this company still exists? Contacted them to do a few of their tours a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything since - will be looking at other providers in the area now.

Fantastic cultural experience and history lesson for the Whitehorse area. Teens has so much to share and with pure local passion. Really need to do this to know what’s up in the Yukon. Highly recommended!

There were 5 of us that did the Northern Lights tour that left at 11pm. Though they didn't guarantee that we would see the Northern Lights, on the night that we were supposed to go the Owner contacted us to let us know that it was cloudy and therefore visibility was poor and would we mind going to next night. We highly appreciated this touch and the next night the lights were INCREDIBLE. I heard locals talking about that night over the next week so we know we hit a good one. Amanda even built a fire and served us coffee during the tour to keep us warm. It was amazing and I loved every minute of it!!

We did 3 tours with Who What Where. We did the shuttle to the Animal Preserve, the City Tour and The Kulane Day Tour. The City tour was great as it gives you a good introduction to the City, where to eat, what to do etc. Taking the shuttle to the Preserve enabled us not to have to rent a car which can be quite expensive. The Kulane Tour was informative, wonderful scenery, shore lunch which was tasty, great stop at an ice cream place. It is always lovely to get out of the city you are visiting and see the countryside. Small group makes your visit more personal and you are supporting the local businesses. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I really wanted to tour Kluane National Park/Haines Junction on the one free day we had and although this tour wasn’t listed on the date we had open I took a chance and contacted them to see if we could arrange something. Next thing I know we are booked and on our way with Teah our guide and with two other interested guests! What a lovely day! Teah was so knowledgeable and being a local born and raised she had tons of anecdotes to share. We were provided with a lovely lunch. She had a few stops for snacks where we purchased local treats. We got our full day out and we enjoyed every minute. Thanks Teah!

We were in Whitehorse on business and wanted to do a bit of sight seeing but didn’t want to rent a car. Saw a sign outside our hotel advertising the tour company. We had Tina, the owner, as our driver/guide. Awesome customer service and very knowledge about the area. Very comfortable vehicle and lots of large windows. Definitely worth it!

Paid 370 dollars for a guided tour complete with morning tea, but got none of that.Would have taken the 90 dollar option had I known, and the driver could not have cared less. What a welcome to Alaska.

Hello Ron, (Email sent May 17) We hope you made your way back to Australia safely and are doing a follow up with you as we do with many of our visitors. Also on a further note acknowledging some challenges we understand as we came across this with a read thru Trip Advisor and not a direct follow up with us which we are more then always willing to chat. Of course we wanted to make personal contact with both of you to first of all offer a sincere apology .....bottom line . Secondly, for the miscommunications I believe as we read thru file and email. It looks like there was confusion on whether this was a chartered transportation shuttle service vs. the full Skagway Tour. I understand your initial email was regarding a tour however once we explained the differences and prices it became light transport (shuttle) service. To clarify some points as this was a transport we provided based on the following: Price - a charter transport shuttle, our price for this is $89+tax per hour with an added flat fee of $89+tax for us to return to Whitehorse empty. Total price of $373.80 based on 3.0 hours to arrive in Skagway. We did provide you with a discount as your final payment was $350.00CDN as we knew you were in need of getting to Skagway. Transport costs we have to consider in the north is cost of fuel, wages, mechanical maintenance requirements, higher insurance premiums, costs to go over the border with USA Department of Transport requirements, added extra licensing in Alaska this adds up and very limited companies offer service over the border because of the cost and paperwork unfortunately we can not do it for minimal dollar as a business. In this case however our profit margin was minimal as we provided the service to help you get there at a discount with no intent of trying to overcharge but instead offer as safe reliable service. Destination Skagway - based on the need to get to the destination - we did a transport shuttle to make it more affordable and get you to the destination as we did not have a Skagway Tour or Southbound shuttle booked the day you required. So we gave you a transport charter with a discount. If it was the 'tour' this is round trip Whitehorse to Skagway and return to Whitehorse which is more expensive. Charters - do not automatically include full mandatory tour informative script from the driver or snacks/drinks or stops along the way – unless noted and requested from by the guest and paid for with the additional time for those stops taken. Our understanding is the driver suggested popular stop areas to ensure their was opportunity however was told did not want to stop go 'over the time' allocated and paid for already so this became her further understanding it was a shuttle and not a tour based on the communications to keep going and no need to stop. Tour - Skagway Tour as advertised is an 8 hour full day tour which needs to have a minimum of 4 participants to go which there was not on this day. Also this would have cost $220.00 per person which equals $440.00 for the round-trip tour. This would have been even more expensive for you which we recognized and made the charter offering. All-in-all we do apologize again for the miscommunication about this being a chartered Shuttle vs. our full-service Tour. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in the Yukon & Alaska. Warm Regards, WWW Team
