Friendly staff, great range of fig products. Fresh figs are just starting to come into season so quantities are limited, come early for those. Went back the next day for another fig brownie, it was just that good

This is a good short stop if you are a fig lover. Te Mata Figs have an interesting range of different fig varieties (in season) icecreams, spreads etc. They also sell their products at the weekly Hawkes Bay Farmers market.

It's a small shop. You can taste the products for free and they are delicious and good value. You can buy about 5 different sorts of fresh figs. Great fig, orange and ginger Marmelade:-)
