Step back in time! This is one of the countries best preserved parlour pubs with a nice contemporary extension on the back. Great beer and good value snacks

Good pub plenty of options for beers and cider. Excellent pork pies. I go in many times and several colourful characters is warm and welcoming

We visited during our 4 night break in Hopton heath and wow what a treasure this place is! Very homely, would love to see it in summer.

We seem to visit every year the day after the beer festival, and it is the ideal place to refresh yourself after a dip in the nearby river. The beers are consistently excellent, the location is great and the garden is very child friendly.

Superb unspoilt rural gem, serving excellent local real ales and ciders. Very much the heart of the village and a place to met people.
