Nice hike through the old growth forest. You come to the Chrome Island Lighthouse. Go to the path on the right and you come to an Eagles nest. This is a super popular spot when they are nesting.

We were lucky to run into someone who told us to walk just past the Chrome Island lookout to see the eagle's nest on the beach. The lookout is a lovely view and the path to it is very pleasant, easy walk.

This is a beautiful spot on the south east point of Denman Island. The walk to the point (which should not be missed) is just over one kilometre one way on a well defined path through old growth forest. Beautiful trees; beautiful natural setting. The park itself is large but we only saw the area taking us out to Eagle Point and Boyle Point. Stunning views from both but the view at Boyle Point is exceptional, looking down on the Chrome Island Lighthouse . It is not a particularly strenuous walk but those with mobility issues would find it very difficult. Stop on Denman Island and enjoy this beautiful park!

A nice, wide trail. About 35 minutes each way. The end of the trail is at the Chrome Island lookout - spectacular views south on the Salish Sea to Qualicum & Parkesviile. Eagles, sea lions often frequent the lookout. The main trail connects to several others for exlporing the whole of Boyle Point Provincial Park. Good signage is present.

Good location at south end of Denman Island. Easy to moderate walk for 15 - 20 minutes to cliffs overlooking Chrome island lighthouse and south Vancouver Island. Eagles often around. Great view east over Hornby Island.

This park is accessible by water but we chose to used the well travelled, wide trail through old growth forest to the viewpoint overlooking Chrome Island. Impressive Arbutus trees, old fir stumps and rainforest vegetation of all kinds lines the path. It is a pleasant hike and a good way to cool off under the towering trees on a hot day.

Boyle point park is a walk through the forest to a spot where you can view (as seen in the Photograph) Crom lighthouse. The trail to the lighthouse is also used by mountain bikers. In the spring and early summer eagles can be seen nesting in the trees on the cliff near the lighthouse and other times you can see and hear the sealions on the rocky islets off Hornby Island

An easy walk through woods to view points over Hornby island and channel and south to Vancouver Island. During summer , Eagles may be in residence.

We kayaked to the beach at the tip of the park. It was so interesting to explore and to enjoy the sun and solitude. The water is full of starfish and the land has worn sandstone boulders. A little tricky to access at low tide and you must be viligent of the tide coming in!

This very well maintained trail is a treat in itself and a nice, long walk if you're wanting some exercise. It's cool and relaxing in the shade. The point has an amazing view of Chrome Harbor. I'm so glad we took the time.
