you can visit it between Nov and Feb, I mean when the weather is nice. You can walk in an open area with Oryx, ostriches, camels, butterflies and green space. you can see ostrich eggs everywhere. Decently you will love it.

even though there is not much to do there, you can still find a lot of crystals in there some are very big and some are small I've been there once and i collected a lot of crystals

This is a bit of challenge to find. There is a 'road' through the desert but often times difficult to follow. But it the drive to get there and finding it is an adventure. Can drive a regular car in the dry season.

It is very difficult to reach the film city because there are no sign boards or route maps available. The destination itself is like ruins. There is not much maintenance done. The gate keeper will charge you as per his desire to enter the destination
