The Marly park is beautiful with lots of space to spread out for a picnic or a lazy day reading your book under the shade of a huge old tree. Public transport takes you directly to the town from the St Lazare station in Paris....More

This is a super park for walks, with a little museum, but no castle, there is an archaeological dig going on at the moment where the castle used to be.

This park is convenient for a short hike close to Paris. Once a fabulous "small" palace for the king , with a high artificial water stream . Everything has been put to ground. No ruins have been left. Even the famous horse statues facing Paris...More

Beautiful park, great views, very nice museum of impressionist art, close to the very quaint village of Marly. This can be a great day trip for Paris.

historical village where Louis XIV would visit .the village is quaint, narrow streets, small but interesting stores. very nice little restaurants. still with cobble stones in the streets from XVIII century.
