This was our favorite beach. It might not be for everyone, but it was for us. We were looking for somewhere that wasn't very crowded and had clear, clean water. Although there are chairs & umbrellas you can rent, we didn't use them as we...More

We first found the beautiful beach in 2014. Returned this year and was disappointed with Chez Raymond. The cook had changed. We waited 50 minutes for a meat kabob to cook while the cooks visited with staff. We were told the fire went out! Happy...More

This is a great beach with soft sloping hills and chairs for rent.Food is available at the bar. When we went the water was a little rough so maybe not for small children as the current can be strong.

A quiet, not too busy beach, with very picturesque views. Water gets deep quite quickly so requires a degree of care. Sand is also rougher than other beaches on the island.

I have been to many of St Martin's beaches and would put this at about average. Some amenities - two local bars/restaurants (which we did not try) and chair/umbrella rentals. The chair/umbrella rental process for us seemed a bit sketchy (at least with my naïveté)...when...More

Depending on what you are looking for this can be a great little beach. The parking lot is very small & there are only a couple of options for food & chairs. But the sand & surf are great and there are no crowds. Take...More

Gorgeous water - rough parking situation sometimes but you park on street outside. Very unique sand (color and texture) -- there is a NUDE section of this beach -- you have to treck through the sand to get over there a bit -- nothing with...More

Great swimming and sand, 2 beach bar/restaurants to choose from, very friendly staff also. Not well known without the crowds.

Very nice beach, easy to get too, and some facilities at the 3 hunts on the beach. Ocean walk in is very steep – 5 feet in, you no longer touch the ground, that's the only down side to this beach.

From Marigot you cross the bridge which is at Sandy-Ground and keep driving through Baie-Nettlé Bay. After you have passed the cluster of hotels the road will go up a bit of an incline and then take a sharp turn to the... More
