.nothing special to see but the view the location is nice but not more than that. itws not the right place to learn about Michelangelo or to observe his works even the garden is poor

They rely on the fact that this famous person , michelangelo, is born here. But he left this place when he was 6 months, and did leave and traces behind here. He just was born here but did not grow up here.

A beautiful ride up to Caprese ( definitely avoid going via the provincial highway). The town includes the church where Michelangelo was baptized (closed) and the house where he was born and remains of a fort his father was responsible for. All the Michelangelo work...More
