Met my friend for lunch and enjoyed a reasonably priced fish and chip meal. Nice pub up a side road in Burwash although the address above says Etchingham. Very nice staff who were attentive but not pushy.

A friendly ancient pub with low beams ,serving quite a variety of ales,beers and wines .The landlord ,landlady and other bar staff are always most welcoming .Everything is clean and tidy, and the glasses are sparkling .

Good atmosphere,food and Landlords! Very friendly Landlords. Regular Quiz nights/special menus. Lovely Beer garden. Log fires in winter. Good Bed and Breakfast faicilites
