Cafe open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the Bridgewater Room. Always warm and friendly. Beautiful church both inside and out. Ask to see the Ancient Door which is centuries old. This church is kept immaculately clean and there's always a warm welcome. Worth a visit.

Classic, timeless venue, such a lovely church which puts on regular coffee mornings and lunches for the local community. It's a shame that the Eccles its self is becoming so run down as it was once such a vibrant town.
A lovely church on what is a side street now but used to be a busier street leading up to the train station. The graveyard surrounding the church is small but worth a look. Eccles as a name comes from ecclesiastical (meaning church)
