We truly enjoyed this experience, we went with the public bus from Bangkok southern bus station to Katchanaburi bus station (just 110 bath per person for an AC bus). We stayed that evening in Sam's House very nice and affordable place, Sam the owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Next day early morning we make sure that we reach to... More

This place is definitely worth a look. There are 6 levels. We looked at the first 3 which were quite stunning. Crystal clear waters and surprisingly lots of quite large fish. You can walk, or take a golf buggy for 30b The buggy goes to level 3. Entrance to the national park is 300b for foreigners.

Is not really close to Bangkok - we spend 1 full day to go, enjoy the place and come back - but it was worth every minute and every dollar! The water is just green - like paradisiacal green! There were so many koys in one of the lagoons that was just unbelievable!! You can't get in with any rubbish... More

Although it was busy, it was definitely one of the top highlights of our recent trip to Thailand. Swimming in the falls is a must but watch out for the fish!

A nice place to visit, the walk can be strenuous in places, but young/old were all a managing to do parts of it. The concept of the falls is following up a steep (in places) hill the flow of a small river, some of the falls are spectacular and there is the option of swimming with the large fish, the... More

Not exactly the Niagara or Iguazu...but pleasant enough with some areas good for swimming...however, way too many people to really enjoy the place...if you just sit near the water edge with feet in the water, the fish will start nibbling at your feet...

Beautiful place to visit!! A fun hike with lots of swimming mixed in. The waterfalls are fun & the fish nibbling at your feet are creepy but it adds to the fun! It is sad that they don't allow any food past a certain point - I feel like that shortened my visit because I was starving after the hike... More

It's a nice walk and the falls are beautiful, a good place for escaping from the chaotic Bangkok. You can swim in some of them but I did not due to there was hundreds of these little fishes that wanted to eat my skin. You can have some drinks inside and eat so dont ned to bring your own food....
