On our way from Athene to Riglia, we stopped at Bairaktaris winerie. It was only 4 miles away from the highway. We felt very welcome, the explanation was very clear as well. We tasted the 8 different wines. Very good quality. Definately a must-do!

Although we visited the domaine late during a busy Sunday, without an invitation, we were greeted very warmly and enjoyed a full tour of the facilities and detailed description of how wine is made.

We had a fine time tasting four wines and chatting with our informative host. We plan to order from the winery once we are home in the US.

Very warm and personal welcome and very good value for money wines. We enjoyed the little walk outside and fell in love with the red Nemea Monolitos!
