I booked an airbnb at oyster pond because of pictures of the marina, only to find out that it was destroyed in the last hurricane and hasn't been rebuilt. Should be removed as a place to go

The beach was amazing and everyone was super nice, I would definitely go back with family and friends to share in the experience of a life time.

Oyster pond is a protected bay with not much happening. Best place on the island if you are a sailor and a big hurricane is coming.

A beautiful spot with great scenery, tempered by the devastation of Hurricane Irma. Spectacular homes on the French side reduced to rubble and apparently abandoned. Worth taking the time to see for both the beauty and the loss.

We stayed on the French side, just on the other side of the border. Unfortunately, there's still a lot of post Irma damage to be seen. There are sunken boats in the bay and a lot of run down buildings ad even a closed resort (which is in the process of some rebuilding). The inner bay does not smell that pleasant, I think it's rotten seaweed.
Dawn Beach sees a lot of seaweed, although it's being cleaned on a regular basis. We did not see any people on the beach. Ocean tends to be rough on this side of the ocean. Two stray dogs roamed the area.

Beautiful area and nice marina to rent boats and scenery shows damage from Hurricane still to date. Located Dutch side and viewing the French side as well. Goats and other animals walk the hills and area around

We did not stay here but our tour bus brought us here so we could see the Dutch side and the French side right at the border at Oyster Bay. There is really not much difference but it was interesting.

We took the Voyager high speed ferry to St. Bart's and really enjoyed the experience, but can't seem to locate the ferry to review this very nice transport to St. Bart's and back?

I think it may be under the wrong location. Many of the reviews for the Voyager ferry in
Marigot state leaving from Oyster Pond for St Bart's. It's under transportation in Things to do.

Big Fish is great. But for great BB chicken there is a small hut across from it that you've got to try.
