This cave leaves all others in the dust. The air, the water, the beauty, the feelings. You start out following an underground river. After a wonderful walk of a little over a kilometer you will lose the river and come across an area open to the sky. There are concessions and bathrooms here. Like a rest area on a freeway.... More

Once you enter the cave the air is so refreshing but one has to be careful while walking in the cave. You can take a very long walk right to a refreshment area where you can drink some of the alkaline water. You can find many people exercising or lazing in the cave breathing in the fresh unpolluted air which... More

The famous Baimo Cave is where one seeks good negative ions with the highly concentrated alkaline water surrounding the Bama County. Spent 6 nights here as a base for travelling to other nearby attraction sites. The Qi or air surrounding this cave is high. You can see people practicing Tai Chi or meditating inside the cave. There are 2 caves... More

The air is very fresh, and the cave is very big inside with many steps to walk. What I dislike is the authority should take more stern action against smoking in the area. The cigarette smoke form one visitor in the cave spoiled all the fresh air that you are enjoying.

The main attraction of Baimo Cave is understandably the good air, said to improve our vitality and longevity. We took a long distance bus from Bama City, crossed many villages and the Panyang River. On arriving at Poyue town, we were surprised that it is well populated and it looks like many owners are rebuilding and adding the structures to... More

60 RMB now and the area is becoming heavily developed. As Bama becomes China's Lourdes, the water from cave is fulling a massive growth in health tourism in this area. 100 Demons cave (Baimo Dong) is one of the most interesting caves in China. A subterranean cave leads for about thirty minutes to emerge in a wonderful 'tiankeng' (collapsed cave),... More
