I would only visit here if I was passing. The mosaic isn't as interesting as others that we saw. The video on the history is interesting and as always the souvenirs are over priced. Nice clean toilets.

Somehow a big deal is being made of a mosaic that is in fact rather poorly made and designed. It was of passing interest. I found the video long and somewhat boring. I was out of there pretty quickly on to much more interesting sights in Israel.

Nice place to stop and cool off on journey up North. Ancient synagogue covered over and air-conditioned. Film about history of synagogue and the kind of thing people did then integrating mosaic floor to tell the story. Good for a short visit in a cool air-conditioned area. Part of National Parks so cheaper with parks card (Matmon).…

There's a video describing the ostensible creation of the mosaic floor in the temple. There's a model of what the temple would have looked like outside the room with the floor/video. Very interesting symbology on the floor itself. Biblical references and Jewish symbology.

Enjoyed riding around this kibbutz. The Synagogue mosaic is well preserved and interesting. The film was entertaining. The gift shop well stocked with reasonably priced items. A good stop on the way to or leaving Beit She'an
