Visited with family in May 2017. The park, while not too large, has a range of animals from Giraffe to rooibok. There are typical granite outcroppings scattered through the park and the bus is in good condition. Also some Bushmen rock art. Facilities include lookout...More

Perfect for a sunday afternoon walk,trails well labeled so no worries you wont get lost at all.If you intend to drive around ask at the gate if your car is suitable gets muddy in some areas esp during rainy season

Completed the Marondera challenge by visiting Imire, Mhukahuru and Gosho before retiring at the nearby Malwatte lodge. Having seen Sable at Imire it is a must to see the other members of the antelope family including impalas, elands and duikers. Easy access from A3 road.

This game park is great for several reasons : 1) you can walk (for 2 - 3 hours), 2) it's very affordable, 3) it's only an hour or so from Harare, and 4) you can see so many animals as well as some rock paintings...More
