Sydney's favorite boutique music venue, and home for World Music in Australia, as well as presenting the best singer/songwriters, jazz, folk, blues, cabaret etc from Australia and beyond. With The Django Bar downstairs & Camelot upstairs, amazing and eclectic collections of objects and art co-exist with incredible music, in a truly unique, fun atmosphere! And...delicious, affordable, unpretentious food and drinks served to complete the experience. All ages welcome (under 18's must be supervised by adult).

Despite having read a couple of less than complimentary reviews, I had high hopes for a night out at the Camelot Lounge and I was not disappointed. The music was fantastic - Johnny G and the E-Types had the crowd up and dancing. The dance floor away from the band is an awesome idea. You can sit at a table more... More

I chose this venue as it was one of the rare venues that allowed kids if they were accompanied by adults to night performances. Tijuana Taxi did not disappoint. It was my husband's birthday and though it was their policy to allow table bookings with minimum of 8 people (and we had only 7), the crew was very kind to... More

Fabulous music, intimate, engaging and well worth the moderate ticket prices. Art on the wall is mind blowing.

Visited The Camelot Lounge to witness Ed's last request show in Sydney before Christmas. A venue with good, quirky atmospherics.Good food, especially the pizzas and a "Wagon Wheel" chocolate slice. Yummo! A way bit out of the way down Marrickville Rd but very close to Sydenham railway station

Last Wednesday 8 of us went to see M.Camembert do their Leonard Cohen show. But before the music started us hungry soles devoured wonderfully crispy pizzas and mezze plates. How great to go to a very crowded music venue and have food at very low prices that everyone loves. The highlight nonetheless as always was the great music. And the... More

Our friends arranged a night at Camelot for a tribute to Leonard Cohen. The band and singers were fantastic: including Abby Dobson and of course Monsieur Camembert. There were others whose name I don't know (very sorry) who were also fantastic. Food was good, wine and drinks reasonably priced and service was great. Overall a most enjoyable night and certainly... I have been to the Camelot Lounge in Marrickville about 5 times and have enjoyed it immensely each time. The array of musical acts range from serious musicians to fun retro acts. The food is simple, delicious and reasonably priced and comprises mostly mezza plates and pizzas. I love the intimate seating which is set out around shared tables in... More

Loved supporting a local band - great setting. You need to book a table to be sure of a good viewing spot. The food is limited but tasty.
