we had booked our 1 hour tour with horse-drawn carriage just the day before and were lucky as it was not too busy. The staff there are very friendly, particularly good guide with a lot of knowledge on the reserve and the animals. Our little one 3,5 years enjoyed discovering the wild horses, bisons, and deers ! lovely time for... More

This is a 700 hectare animal park that is home to a herd of European Bison, the Mongolian Wild Horse (Przewalski's Horse, Dzungarian Horse, Asian Wild Horse), deer and wild boar, (and a wily little fox). Guided visits (safaris) are in small groups, either walking or by horse-drawn carriage (calèche). We visited in August 2015. The visit started with a... More

We found the reserve by accident and had to make a real effort to book for a later date when there was a carriage tour available, but we were so pleased we did. Our French was not up to the standard of the guide's information but we got the gist of most of it and she did bravely offer to... More

OK, forget the big five. You are not going to see elephants, leopards, rhinos and the rest. But have you ever seen a herd of bison or the famous Przewalski horses ? Here you will see them and in ideal conditions. The setting is low alpine, green prairie surrounded by craggy mountains covered in pine forest. This is where other... More

Our two families visited the farm in early January. The tour is 90 minutes long, which is about 45 minutes too long unless you are REALLY into bisons. To us the tour length looked like a justification for the admission price. But this was more or less OK. What ABSOLUTELY disappointed us was how we were treated for lunch. (a)... More

If you have an interest in getting up close and seeing a Bison and several other animals this is a great tour. We did the walking tour and really enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone that has an interest in learning about the natural habitat from several thousand years ago. All the staff here are extremely friendly as well.

At €20 per person, it might be a bit expensive fpr some, but it's well worthwhile whether for kids or adults. I did the tour on foot which is preferable to the carthorse drawn circuit as you get closer to the animals. Along with wild boar here is a herd of European bison, Przewalski's wild horses and deer who come... More
