This place is a must visit if you are in Bosnia. It's really amazing to see Buna spring and Blagaj tekija in the hill. There's no entrance fee, you only need to pay the parking (if you come by car), but only 1€. There are stands, bars and restaurant.

Nice system of brooks and falls we really liked it. Many opportunities to take photos. Careful with the parking guys, we paid 2 euros however I think there are many free spaces. Cleanliness could be better.

OMG ! Not because there is Tekija "standing" - glued to the bottom of over-gravital cliff so it never rains on its roof, it's the Mother and Father of all springs - shooting hectolitres of crystal clear mineral water just under your feet. Worth taking raft and exploring cave from opposite bank to Tekija. Easy few minutes walk through Tekija Museum (small entrance fee) and access via steep stairs to the very bank of springing water next to the cave. Dip your feet in it and feel the rhythm ! There are few restaurants on the "right" river bank but food isn't delicious enough to over-top magnificent view. Blagaj is located in predominantly Muslim controlled area just 20 minutes drive from Mostar. There are few remnant ruins of past Orthodox existence. Average time required to explore Tekija and cave without restaurant visit - 3hrs. Hard to find parking space after 10AM so come early , especially when traveling with campervan. No access to direct parking with camping trailer ! Parking charge between 2-5€ depending on plates :) Enjoy !

Words can't describe how beautiful this place is! You can do a bit of canoeing there. You can take the little raft and go inside the cave. This place is famous of its trout - we sat by a restaurant along the river. Can't remember the name of the restaurant - but it's the last one before going up the stairs to the restaurant closer to the cave
The trout was UNBELIEVABLE

A natural watercourse coming from the mountain, this cuts a picture of nature at its very finest. Clear, pristine, water flowing through the valley and village beyond.
Go and have a look, this is paradise - but take your rubbish with you.

The river Buna and its crystal clear water is a natural treasure and very easy on the eye.
There are a number of restaurants at the rivers edge making this attraction a great visit.
A trip to Mostar will usually include a visit to this riverside attraction.

Thankfully we didn’t go on the boat into the grotto. If you look at the photos you can see where the cable ends and the boats stop – not all that far in. We did the Blue Grotto in Capri and it was much better than this looked and, even at that, it wasn’t the high point of the trip. The river and cliffs are very photogenic, as is the Blagaj Tekija (from the exterior).

This area is just so beautiful, thanks to the river, so my suggestion would be to go to riverside bar and grab a drink and enjoy it.

Anyone can find something interesting around this place, some religious moments around tekija, nice oriental architecture, good scenery with cliff hanging over house and crystal clear water, nice food in restaurants by river (try fresh trout). Visit early in the morning, by 10, when is not crowded to check around and stay to try delicious food for lunch
