Be careful with where your GPS tells you the trailhead is... it is located INSIDE Yoho national park and not outside the boundary...one of our phones took us to the "Wapta Recreation Area" which offered a good faraway view of the falls but was not...More

This thunderous fall definitely worth the long and not all pleasant walk. Even old couples can make it.

We did 9kms walk in total to get to this fall. The walk is pretty enjoyable but little muddy, definitely need to put your waterproof boots on people!

There is a parking lot near the start of the walk to the falls. The walk itself is nice and goes through a forest. It is about 2.5km one way. We walked to the bottom of the falls and enjoyed the spray and the sound...More

The walk to the falls is pretty anti-climactic. I did a somewhat of a scramble trail to get down to the level of the falls, walked a lot closer, thought "Ha, the spray isn't that bad, what was the internet all worked up about", so...More

Stopped off to view the falls. Reasonably easy walk until you reach the falls. And then the challenging bit begins with a walk down the bank at the side of the falls. Several vantage points along the way. When you reach the bottom you can...More

The falls were an easy walk to get to, but the trail was steep in a few places. There are a variety of lookouts both above and below the falls. It will get crowded later in the day, but is a nice walk after it...More

Hello! If I'm travelling with my 2years old, is it realistic to try the hike with her (baby carrier) and how long will it take from the parking to get access to the falls? Thank you!
