    Nice stopover
Worthwhile stopover on the way to or from Emerald Lake. Here large boulders form a 'natural' bridge over the kicking horse river. From the path you can photograph everything comfortably. Nevertheless, my fellow citizens have to put themselves in danger and cross the river over the slippery natural bridge,

Catch the sight when you’re heading to Emerald Lake anyway
The Natural Bridge is a nice little sight that can easily be experienced in 10 minutes. Snap 4-5 great photos of the rushing water being squeezed through a natural hole in the limestone rocks—and then you’re ready to move on. A good recommendation would be to prioritize the beautiful Emerald Lake as the main sight in the area, and then swing by the Natural Bridge on your way to or from the emerald-green lake. The distance between the two attractions is 10 km/10 minutes by car.

    Nice Stopover before Emerald Lake
We went to Natural Bridge on the way to Emerald Lake. It is nice picture taking place. If you want to spend more time, you can hike and look around more. But we just spend about 10-20 minutes and still enjoyed the scenery.

Natural Bridge is an easy 5 minute diversion off the Trans Canada Highway, and is on the road to Emerald Lake.
There’s only one thing to see, and you can see it from the carpark if you wish – pull in, walk a few metres and there it is.
Walk across the bridge for a better angle, and 5 minutes later you’re back in the car.
There’s plenty of parking but be careful as it’s on a fast corner and cars and buses are pulling in and taking off all the time.
The view is nice – astonishing seeing an entire river squeezing through a tiny gap and then thundering down the river.

We visited at around 8am mid-September and found the place pretty much to ourselves for about an hour. It was beautiful to see the sunrise over the rocks and the water. It was mesmerizing to watch the water flow over the rocks and the fact that you can pretty much stand next to it was amazing. I really loved this place.

There is plenty of parking here and long drop toilets, there is alcoholic hand rub supplied, which was great..

This is a raging foamy white water hole in the rock that the river goes through down a slight incline. But it is quite spectacular. The granite rock has been eroded by the force of the water and you can see how the melt water has sculpted this natural phenomena.
There are walkways that overlook the water and provide a base to take epic pictures and marvel at the force of nature.

This is not worth a planning for or making a special trip. If you're on that road, okay it is a ten minute stop. Not particularly photographic unless you get off the approved trail (like most do as the worn area indicates), but you would not want to do that with young children. There are so many water features in Alberta and BC, this doesn't rate a mention. The most interesting aspect of the stop was a statue/sculpture in the parking lot about the internship of eastern Europeans during the World Wars. That may extend the stop by 5-10 minutes. And there are bathrooms if all the driving requires a pit stop.

There is a continuous flow of self-centered tourists who climb over the small ridge to get onto the actual natural bridge. If you are waiting for someone to fall because of stupidity, that may be fine. But how many strangers holding their cellphones do you want to see when taking pictures of a natural wonder? I also don’t see the bridge lasting as long over time with more tourists doing this dumb thing all day long. Parks Canada must be really tight with their budget that they can’t regulate this for preservation and for safety.

Natural Bridge is a quick and easy stop offering a unique rock formation over a short waterfall. The site is simply fine compared to the rest of the natural wonders in the area. It was swamped with viewpoint tourists and tour busses when we stopped, making it less appealing of a visit. I would stop here only if you have time. Otherwise, don't feel bad if you miss this average natural site.

Natural Bridge is located at the side of the Emerald Lake road. A decent size car park is provided for what will be a brief visit of an impressive natural rock formation with rushing water from the Kicking Horse river.

It's worth taking the time walking around the areas you can and listening to the water rush through.

We probably would not have seen this site if it weren't for being part of our all day tour with Pursuit. Just up the road on Hwy 1 past the Spiral Tunnels, it is a natural wonder. Shaped over centuries of time, and not a bridge that one would cross, it's preserved in time in Yoho National Park.

Located along the Kicking Horse River, one can take in this natural wonder along with the surrounding area, including the Lower Falls.

There are 3 different viewpoints only located about 100 feet from the parking lot. This used to be a waterfall, but the river has cut a new path underneath the upper rocks which leaves a nearly solid rock “bridge”. No one is allowed to cross the river on natural bridge. Instead, a man made bridge nearby gives excellent views of this sight.

Well worth a stop before or after a drive to emerald lake. Clear signage going towards emerald lake but easy to miss on the way back.
It’s right off the parking lot.
Can view the bridge from different levels of viewing platforms.
I don’t think it’s encouraged to go on the bridge seeing that you have to navigate unnaturally around the one of viewing platforms to get on the bridge. Lol!

Doesn’t look safe but you can take the risk
