Great pasta! All of us loved our lunch and felt it was good value. Nice ambiance in the restored barn. Cashier could have been friendlier but thankfully the pasta chefs were wonderfully friendly. We were surprised to see only two wines and one cider available for tasting or buying. Samples were very expensive ($3 each) and a 5oz glass of wine was $14. We felt a sample should be included with lunch, at least. Overall, a good experience

Truly delightful and delicious pasta offerings paired with wonderful wine. Bruno’s 24hr beef bolognese with fresh daily homemade pasta is a must! Pair this with the Chardonnay and you’re in heaven.

There's a great future for the Old Third. I came for the pasta. Make this place your lunch destination. You won't be disappointed. Yum! Our group of 4 selected 3 out of the 4 pasta options. All were ten out of ten. Lemon/Ricotta Ravioli...really. Just heavenly. All other pastas and sauces were hits as well. I would come back once a day while in PEC.

My husband and I stopped in here on our way to a different winery in the area. The winery which is in a beautiful old barn which has several levels and great views. Great seating areas in and outside the barn. For us the wine was OK but pricey. They only had 2 wines and the tasting was 3.00 each taste.

Completely agree with the earlier review - the pasta was absolutely delicious, and I’d also come back every day! There were 4 pasta options - 2 vegetarian. We had the rabbit and the bolognese and both were fabulous. Simply served, beautiful breezy tasting room. Great views over the vineyards. Go if you get the chance.

My husband and I attended a Visa Infinite Dining event here on Saturday and the space is absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy their Pinot Noir (which they're sold out of) and their Cab Franc which were both stunning; probably the best wine we've had in the region. Yes, they bottles are a little more expensive but I've been told by fans of their wine is that the Pinot Noir is really hard to get and is in high demand. The owner and his partner are lovely people if you get to chat with them ask them about the stories behind their wines. Don't miss coming here!

We went for a visit on Canada Day. Great renovated barn, with a few tastings available. Great wine and cider, albeit very expensive. Off the beaten track, but well worth the trip.

This was our last stop for the day. We tasted the Pinot and the Cab Franc and as we were the only people there - decided to sit and relax in the wonderful seating area. Loved how the old barn is being transformed.

Enjoyed speaking with one of the owners. He said he came from a design background while his partner came from a tech background. They both obviously now know what they are doing in the wine world. Very enjoyable visit and we came home with a couple of bottles of wine.

The Old Third is yet another example of the exceptional Pinot Noir coming from Prince Edward County. The winery and tasting room are housed in a beautiful 1860's barn that has been lovingly restored and dramatically decorated by the current owners. The Pinot here may be a little fuller than some of the others being produced in the Hillier area but it is just delicious. They are also producing a cider which I have yet to try, next visit, and a soon to be released Cabernet Franc. If you stop by in the summer by bike and need to refuel they are offering crepes outside. This little winery might be one of Prince Edward County's hidden gems.

Just had friends there for lunch and a glass of great Chardonnay. The pastas were out of this world! Fresh pasta with amazing sauces. All said they would come back and thought the owners were friendly, attentive and very professional!
