We visited Sugarbush as part of a wine tour and were delighted with the service and the wine! Betty was friendly and knowledgeable, entertaining our whole family who ranged from 20 to 80 years old. The wines were delicious and we purchased several bottles. Will definitely be back for more!

This was by far the best winery we visited when we were in Picton. We visited last Thursday (we were the group with the lady moving to BC) and got to meet the owner, what a delightful woman she was. It was myself (38) and two family friends (one in her 50s and one in her 60s). We ordered the cheese plate which was amazing. I loved the Golden White wine (the one with maple syrup and usually I don't like it). I ended up buying a bottle.

It's a smaller winery, but the service we received was second to none. I just didn't find the same hospitality at the larger wineries.

Yes it's a little out of the way but I really do HIGHLY recommend Sugarbush. The wine is lovely but the owner and her assistant were just absolutely beautiful people. The larger wineries could learn a thing or two from them.

This was an unexpected stop on our self guided wine tour, but one we were happy we made. We loved the enthusiasm of the staff after experiencing a few "less than happy" employees at other wineries. It was very refreshing! The staff at this small family run winery are very eager to share their knowledge regarding the wines and production. Some good conversations were had regarding comparisons in varietals, and food pairings. Tastings were outdoors but it was a beautiful fall day so that was not a problem. It might not have all the bells and whistles of some of the spots we visited but it was certainly enjoyed. Loved the Pinot Noir.

My husband and I visited for a tasting and ended up ordering a cheese plate and a hummus plate to share for lunch. We sat in an outdoor pergola and really enjoyed the breeze and the ambience. The selection of cheeses and meat and crackers was just right. The hummus was locally made.

Third time at this winery and it didn’t disappoint. Tastings normally take place in a room at the back of the building but due to COVID all tastings have been moved outside under a large pavilion. Numerous picnic tables off the sides are also provided with sun shade over them. The premises are also well behaved dog friendly. I enjoyed all the wines I tasted and although we didn’t indulge you can purchase a meat and cheese plate to enjoy with your wines. Sally and Rob are passionate about their craft and were helpful and knowledgeable. A must visit when you’re in the County!!

Any times bring my guests to Sugarbush they always comment on how friendly everyone is. And the wine is so good. It's hard to say what my favorite is, they're all so good. Any time of the year so a visit is always an experience. Summer time they offer gourmet grilled cheese. In winter come snowshoeing in their own sugarbush.

Sally and Rob were very friendly and make great wine! We loved the sparkling and bought a bottle. The garage is awesome! Great vibes and would be fun in the summer time! It was our first time visiting Sugarbush.

Our family, including teenaged children and grandparents, went to visit Rob and Sally Peck's Sugarbush winery recently. These gracious hosts were just starting to introduce gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches to their visitors and I must say we all really enjoyed our meals. We chose the cheddar and bacon as well as the Brie and apple sandwiches. They came with a delicious homemade coleslaw and a sauce of your own choosing. Of course, we couldn't have lunch in a winery without some wine and this year we had some of the Maple Red. We bought some extra bottles to bring back for my school's International Day in September. It was a delicious smooth red wine with the very Canadian addition of maple syrup. During our visit, there were at least two limousines full of rather thirsty-looking ladies as well as cyclists so Sugarbush is an obviously popular stop along the PEC winery tours. All the staff, including those working with the wine tasting, store and food preparation were knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely recommend this winery as a must-see when planning a visit to The County. The smallest county in Ontario is fast becoming a well-known tourist destination: we even saw some advertising in the Heathrow airport in London, UK, on the way home to Switzerland!

Yesterday, myself and 21 year old daughter and 18 year old daughter visited the Sugar Bush Winery. What a wonderful experience! We had stopped at lunch and it was busy - three limousines and lots of cars. The owners, Rob and Sally are very knowledgeable and friendly, it is obvious they LOVE what they do. Fantastic wine and beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing lunch of gourmet grilled cheese panninis - prepared and served by a lovely teen from the County. A must stop if you have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Prince Edward County.
