This is a Fraud company, they never give you full information during renting a boat and then try to blame on you for not checking the boat as we people are expert in boat. We were first time boat rental, their employee gave us a boat mentioning some parts are broken but its okay for the ride and later when we came back they blamed us for damaged part which was already broken. Their employee later lied and then charged us for $2000 for the damage. Never ever trust these people and fraud company just trying to steal your money.

I rented a jetski for 4 hours but only used 2 hours. Before we returned the jetski there was 98% left of the fuel. And nobody mentioned to me before using this jetski that I have to pay extra for the fuel. This RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Employee named NIKKI called me that I owe them $36 for the fuel and she even said “ I WILL KEEP CALLING YOU UNTIL YOU CALL US BACK”. Thank God there are hundred more Jetski rental companies around. I am NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY.

Their customer service attitude is completely unwelcoming and you can feel the, Im a local and I dont want you here, vibe. When you call on the phone to chat about different boat options they will rush you off and just tell you to come down in the morning to check it out. Don't buy it they always have a line and no boats available unless you reserve online but that also doesnt seem promising..Its wrong that they require their customers to wear a mask but 5 of their employees were not wearing masks. I see in another review that their manager Lucas said they didn't have to wear one because its not a law. Wow, thats a selfish go have that kind of attitude during a deadly pandemic. I will never ever rent from this place again, I'm so thankful I canceled my rental after I witness what I did at this business. Absolutely NO covid protocol in place to protect themselves or the customers. No sanitizing or cleaning of the boats between guests just a rinse off with water.. The girl with the super long dreads needs to smile and not be so condescending. Her attitude was so rude that the person behind me came up to me outside to even talk about it. Don't waste your time or money here. They don't care about you, your safety or your business.

We reserved a boat on their online booking site the day before our reservation. When we showed up to the marina at 1:30pm (30 minutes before our reservation was supposed to start), they had told us that they didn't have our reservation nor the boat. When we showed them our confirmation email and charge to our credit card, they said they didn't know how that happened. They said if we wanted to go out today, we could pay an additional $400 to rent their most expensive boat which is what they said they had available. When we refused and asked for another option, they said they would include some free toys (rafts, tubes, etc.). We did not want to pay double what we already paid for their mistake so we asked to speak with a manager. They then told us that they had our boat at a sister marina and would bring it over within 20 minutes. We then waited over 2 hours in a crowded area with dozens of other people waiting for their boats, with no social distancing protocols nor mask requirements enforced. The employees themselves were not wearing masks correctly, with all of them not covering their noses. Additionally, when employees were inside the office where customers were constantly going in and out of, employees would take off their masks between customers and only put them back on when a customer walked up to the counter. When we were finally able to get on the boat at 3:55pm the boat was visibly dirty and the employee rushed us through the safety protocol to get back to other boats. When we got on the boat, we cleaned it ourselves with hand sanitizer. Though we were able to get on the boat, we felt unsafe during this process and had a completely different experience than we intended for during the late boating hours. By the time we returned the boat, the office had already closed and we were not able to address our complaints. When we called the office to inquire about getting some of our money back to make up for the loss of reservation, time, and the unsafe experience, the manager, Lucius, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We explained what had happened during our experience and asked for a resolution through compensation. Not only was he unhelpful, he was flippant and verged on being directly insulting. When it was clear he was not going to work with us on any resolution, we expressed our concern with the lack of employees properly wearing masks to which he replied it is their choice and there is no law requiring them to do so.
