Grosnez is a ruined 14th century castle, which is right on the cliff edge in St Ouen. There's free parking nearby past the race course, and although the weather wasn't the best whilst I was there, the views across the coastline were amazing. The surviving...More

A great stop for taking in the wonderful scenery and snapping some beautiful photos of the historical monument as well as the nature that surround it. Not much remains of the Castle itself but I would still say it’s worth the visit. There is a...More

Despite travelling to Jersey several times, we had not visited the castle before. By chance, we chatted to a local lady on Plemont beach who said we should take a drive over as the views were spectacular. She was not wrong! We were blessed with...More

This castle is located right on the cliff edge. There is little of the castle remaining but it is a good place to explore. When we visited there were fabulous views over to Sark and even Guernsey. Lovely

This visit was worth the stop. Grosnez Castle was built around 1330 and is fortified by natural features on three sides. Very little remains of the castle today but quite interesting

This was my 3rd attempt to visit the castle. On 2 previous occasions weather had been too windy or lashing rain. There is very little left to see of the castle except archway into the castle. Beyond the castle there are Steps & path which...More

Off the beaten track past the racecourse down at the edge of the cliffs. A nice little castle, well what's left of it and some stunning views over to Sark and Guernsey on a good day. Make it part of your cliff top walk.
