Jersey has numerous coves and beaches but for me there's nothing that draws me back like St Ouen. It's a vast expanse of white sand with a natural wildness which is reflected in the wind-ravaged trees above and the surfers below. I love the fact...More

I spent an hour here whilst my sister went paddling on the extensive beach. We got off the bus by the watersplash cafe. There are no beach facilities, like sun loungers, deckchairs etc so I sat on a stone/marble bench on the promenade. The whole...More

Very pretty place. Lovely beach for the kids to play on or to just go for a leisurely stroll. If you're up for it, walk the coast around to the best bay as its not far away.

A gorgeous beach with great cafes dotted along it. More exposed than many beaches in Jersey and popular in rough weather with surfers. On a calm summers day it's peaceful and its huge size means you aren't crammed in.

Stunning strand with space for all. Beautiful clean open beach without throngs of people or shops/stalls spoiling it. Park beside Big Vern’s Cafe, then walk for miles or flop. Surf looks good for children & beginners. Cafe very popular, be prepared to queue. Opposite BV’s...More

A beautiful beach with what seems like miles of unspoilt sand. Very few people on it off season that added to its beauty.

If it is your first visit it will knock you socks off . I don't think you beat this view from either end of the bay. It just goes on and on and on.

St Ouen's Bay stretches almost all the way from the north to the south down the west coast of Jersey - an immense bay with many beaches and with numerous attractions. I was on a one-day bus trip around coastal Jersey, which we did anticlockwise....More

A long sandy bay, with everything changing throughout the day. The facilities were sparse compared to some other Jersey beaches however it was a great day Why do the lifeguards always pick the most seaweedy bits of the sea to be the safe swimming zone?...More
