We go here all the time. It's a pleasant walk along the river. No off leash dog area though. Pretty quiet.

The park is really peaceful and nice. I had a great time walking around and enjoying the scenery. It had really nice view, and not too many people were there.

Nice beach area but the walk out the pipeline is just great. A few kilometers each way. Very easy level graded. Great views of the city and waterway.
