Actually, don't feed the squirrels, but Minoru Park is the only place where I have ever seen black squirrels and if you've never seen them before, it's quite unique! The park itself is beautiful - gorgeous flowers, water features and leisurely walks around the pond are perfect for a lazy afternoon. There are benches at certain intervals so you can... More

MINoru Park, for all its sculptured and manicured artifice [English/Japanese style] is always good for a walk and time to relax. Different seasons give different blossoms and colours. The 'wildlife' is ever present and can range from the ubiquitous bunnies and squirrels that please children and new immigrants to a variety of visiting ducks and even the occasional Bald Eagle... It is not big big huge park. but it is beautiful! I think it is beautiful all year round. Enjoy the sun in the late summer with your friends and families over there, and play with bunnies in the church garden!!!!

A serene park to walk away from traffic past lakes and among tall p ones and tamaracks. The paths are accessible. The mood is meditative. Benches abound for people to relax and contemplate. We look forward to returning.

tennis, soccer, cricket, baseball, it's all there. Awesome park w large trees in the north end of the park to just chill or many sport fields to play on. There is also a skating rink and pool adjacent to the park. You can walk around the perimeter of the park as well. Adjacent to the park is another park w... More

Great Place for a quiet walk, lots of birds and greenery, might catch friendly squirrels hunting for food. Nearby sports field for jogging, aquatic center for swimming, gym hot tub or sauna......Richmond Cultural Center..Library steps away from aquatic center Also not far from City Hall and Richmond Mall for shopping.

Visited many times. Soccer, tennis, other sports. Serene, peaceful nature walks totally removed from the bustle of the sporting areas. Wild birds, animals, waterways. Like two worlds in one park. A gem!
