One of the few unspoiled natural pieces of land. No play ground, like being in Golden Gate Park with kites flying and a wonderful view (except for some metal piles) of the Gulf islands. To top it off possibly the most beautiful sunsets in the...More

Can be busy when the weather is good. Great for walks. Pajo's fish and chips has a concession stand there!

So many people come here in weekends to hang out, fly kites, go for walks and pick wild flowers. So peaceful especially on a nice sunny day. After a walk, there is always Pago's for some great fish and chips!

On the shore at the far west side of Steveston this park was being well used by families for an evening stroll, groups of friends, singles out with their dogs, and people just enjoying their day. There is good parking and plenty of places to...More

Nice little park south of Richmond, little windy, there is some cheery trees blooming. We came in the evening and enjoyed walk close to ocean.

Pretty location with views along the Fraser River. There are walking pathways that lead to the dyke trail as well. Dogs on leash are welcome and there is a fish and chip spot and ice-cream during the spring/summer/fall months.

Garry Point Park is in Steveston BC. It is a short walk from the Gulf of Georgia Cannery. It is close to the ocean and it's often cool. It is a good place for a walk by the ocean.

For locals and tourists alike - the views of familiar landmarks are quite different. Walk the dyke trail to the north and see the north shore mountains and gulf islands from quite a different perspective. Or, walk east and enjoy the olde fishing village with...More

I was here to see filming for Once Upon a Time and on the off day walked around Garry Point. It is a pretty basic park, not much in the way of equipment or attractions, but it is so beautiful! The bay is gorgeous and...More

Seems like the sea air at the far western edge of Garry Point Park is the cleanest and freshest in Richmond. Great place to watch the kites fly or the fishermen head in and out of Steveston Marina. Large and expansive green space, walking trails...More

Propane cookers/bbqs are allowed. Get there early and claim your spot; it is a very popular place. Cheers
